ok so just be honest and if you sound shallow, whatever, at least you're being honest.

1. you're a guy, and you like a girl. let's suppose that you are a little nervous to approach her. would you like it if she approached you first or said anything (anything at all) to you? OR would you prefer to make the first move?

2. there are two very attractive girls, both with good personalities. one of them has never had a boyfriend because she doesn't like to get with just anyone, the other has had several because she's just....like that. which would you prefer?

3. do you hold doors open for females? if so, why?

thank you very much. this will help with some data i have to collect.

My husband is a first year grad student and among all of the ppl he has met this year there is one girl in particular who's name keeps coming up. He has said he really isn't interested in hanging out with ppl outside of school, that his classmates are just that and not friends. Last Nov. the girl called and invited US to go out drinking with her. He declined and, seeing how upset it made me, said he wouldn't answer her calls from then on and make it clear that he wasn't interested in doing things with her outside of school. She still eats lunch with him and a group of other classmates, which isn't a problem with me, but last week he went out to eat with just her alone. I am 6 months pregnant and he didn't even tell her (and hasn't told any of his classmates except one other) until that day. So, yesterday he gets a phone call from her inviting us to come over to her house, that she and her roommate (who neither of us know) will make us dinner. He admitted it was strange yesterday and said that instead of us just going to her house he'd see if a bunch of students wanted to go out to dinner one night this week, but this morning before he left he woke me up and asked me if we could just go out to eat at a restaurant with just her. Am I just being paranoid or is there something seriously wrong with this? What should I do? What should he do? He just refuses to admit it as a possibility that she has a crush on him even though one of his friends has been calling her his girl friend for months! Any advice would be helpful!!!

My daughter turned 18 years old last week (a big deal she's now an adult). I had planned a birthday party for her with both my husband's and my family. My husband's family came, but no one from my side came! Even my sister who lives just across the street had plans for supper that night but was supposed to come over later for cake, she never did and yesterday when I told her how disappointed I was she told me I was acting like a brat.

When my husband and I celebrated 25 years together, it was never mentioned by anyone, and now they're doing it to my daughter.

They claim, I never visit them, I stopped cause I realized that I was always the one visiting and no one ever came to my house. I have to drive over 1h30 to visit my mother and 2 h00 to visit one my sisters. My younger sister goes to my sister's house across the street and unless I go over, she doesn't come over.

I am wrong to feel sad and hurt about this or I am being a ***** like my sister says?

My ex-girlfriend of 9 mths broke up with me 6 weeks ago. We haven't had any contact for 1 mth. I decided to not contact her to give her some space.

I was thinking I would contact her in the next few days to "test the waters".

She contacted me a few days ago. She said hi and that it had occurred to her she owed me some money and could she call me to discuss. I am not fussed about her giving me the money.

I said I was fine and asked how she was and told her she didn't need to give me money. She replied and said she was fine and that she had a dvd of mine and suggested she bring it round to me.

I didn't know what to do really so suggested we speak on the phone in the next couple of days.

Is she interested or is it just about letting me have the dvd back? I don't know what to make of it?

I want her back but don't want to be too pushy. What do I do? Am I reading too much into this?

I am a 30 year old straight man. I quite like the idea of wearing opaque tights under my trousers. There see to be quite a lot of tights/pantyhose marketed at men these days. Would women find this really weird or off-putting? Should I try them?

Me and my bf broke up however, we see each other on MSN IM most nights, we generally ignore each other. When me and him started dating, his best mate and my best mate had a casual thing going, however that fizzled out almost straightaway, but now that me and my boyfriend have broken up, his best mate has started calling my mate out of the blue. He and my ex live 4 hours away, however, his best mate is considering coming up to see my friend. I can't help but think that this is wierd how me and my ex are ignoring each other but our best mates are rekindling something. Do you think my ex influenced it? (bearing in mind, my friend and his friend have never bothered with each other, only when me and my ex stop talking or whatever) or do you think it's a genuine attraction?! and how would you feel if you were in my position?!

Five years ago when I lived at home and Mum would call up to my bedroom, "Dinner's ready" it would take me about 15 minutes to stop fartin' about with a game or whatever. Now in my own flat, if I heard Mum call "Dinner's ready", I'd be there in a nansecond. Sometimes you don't know you're born.

I used to be a reall sweet gurl. I used to love helping people and hanging with my friends and I used to be overall very cool to hang oiut with. Now all because I wanted to impress a boy 5 years ago, I started going downhill. I now swear, some of my grades are good, I have a really bad attitude and a lot of people think I'm obsessed over guys. I want to go back to being the real me the nice me that a lot of people liked. Now i'm hardly liked because of the way I am.
Everytime I try to go back to being normal, something in my past always brings out the FAKE me! I need tips on what to do about people who bring back up the past and never let me forget what happened. I just want to be myself again. How do I ignore the past and the people who keep bringing it up and be myself again before I do something I'll regret.
