No whites! No foods or beverages with white sugar, white alcohols and white flour. Meanwhile, increase your protein intake and start a workout routine that includes cardio AND weight-bearing exercises.

Take a good multi-vitamin daily. I would also look into moisturizers that have a light bronzing component to them to give your skin a tan look. Avoid tanning booths -- too much risk getting burned.

Oh yeah, spend some time practicing relaxing. Stress can be horrible on your skin and psyche.

1. Lose weight (if you're heavy) but don't do a crash diet or you'll look haggard.
2. Go to a spa on a regular basis. It relaxes you and gives you a fresh look.
3. Use a moisturizer. There's one for men too.
4. Go for a facial treatment at least twice a month.
5. Try not to get stressed. But if you do get stressed, try the home relaxation techniques. Play soft music, dim the lights or light some candles, imagine a scene that makes you relax such as a beach, or a mountain scene.
6. Keep a sunny disposition.

Congratulations and I do hope you enjoy your wedding.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. The item boosts your metabolism and boosts natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition on Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

You should look for one of those bridal boot camps in your area. Call around to the local gyms and see if you can find one. If not, consult with a trainer.

Crap I answered without realizing you may be a guy - just look at part two of my answer - seek out a trainer.

Go bland. Plain, straightforward, unseasoned food such as prepared chicken, plain rice and a bare baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these individuals quickly, unlike salty moreish ready-made food, which keeps you snacking and piling for the pounds.

Chewing your food thoroughly won't make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise when it's actually full, thus preventing overindulging.
