Isn't it pretty obvious? It means he wants you for your body, not your brain, and that he wants to make love to you, probably without regard for a long-term commitment.
It's makes for a one-dimensional relationship. That's okay as long as YOU"RE good with it too.

Did he say he's ONLY physically attracted or what? There are some guys in the world that are only interested in getting off. Thing about us females, we always fall for that type of guy who wants sex and that's it. I say, if he's physically attracted to you, use it to your advantage. Don't be an easy catch. That means he's sexually interested in you and likes what he sees. This in no way indicates how he feels about you as a person. Any man can be physically attracted to you and not have any other interest in you at all. I wouldn't take that as a compliment, he just wants to have sex.

What part of that do you really not understand? You can't be that naive. If you are, then you certainly don't need to be involved with guys yet. Stay in school, pay attention and get a good education so you'll be able to answer simple questions like this on your own.
