Im in 7th grade and there is this guy in my class that just broke up with his girlfriend and he says that he doesnt like her anymore, so i told him that i liked him. but he told my friend that he only thought ii was cute nothing more. but he always stares at me during class and then he just smiles and when we go to high school bball games he lookes around for me and when he finds me he smiles. my bestfriend asked him why he always stares at me but he just deinied that he doesnt. but he keeps staring at me. what should i do???

My sister in law is rude to me and very bossy. I have told my husband she bothers me and he won't talk to her. This is my brothers sister. We dont see her much now but when we do she keeps repeating rude comments. My husband is inviting her to my daughters first birthday and I dont want to be miserable the whole day. Should I ignore her and be nice and put up with her or stick up for myself?

So, I've known this guy forever, and we are in high school now, and I see him like every where i go now. And he has a girlfriend, but it seems like everytime I see him, our eyes meet. See here's the thing, my girlfriend and i broke up a couple months ago. But once we broke up her best friend dumped her boyfriend to ask me out but i said no because i though it was to early but then the boyfriend she dumped asked out my x-girlfriend and she said yes. hi I'm melody and i'm christian. i met a guy 4 years ago and he is muslim, we didin't see each other, by the way we really love each other and he loves me from all his hearth. he keeps saying that if i marry him he will do anything for me. don't think that i'm stupid, i want marry him because he doesn't me because of my money, look or for using me. he loves me for my self and nothing else. by the way we both have strict family about our relogion. the problem is, he wants from me to change my religion to islam, because he thinks that in future we'll have alot of religion problem. He also respect to my religion very much. But i dont want to change my religion to islam but i'll respect his religion too. i keep saying that we won't have any religion problem and i'll try to do everything for him, because i love him. What is a nice way to tell a guy that you really want to get to know him, but with his demanding job it is going to be hard for him to get to know you or anybody else for that matter. He told me that he understands that his job is demanding, but working the way he does helped him go from entry level to division manager in 5 years so he sees a gain in his work ethic. I want to get to know him because I feel he has a lot to offer, but I don't him well enough to ask him to do anything different then what he is already doing since his work ethic has already cost him one relationship. He understands that his job can be hard on a women, but I don't think he really knows how hard so I am asking what are some things that I can point out when it comes to telling him how hard without sounding like a nag or sounding like I want him to change? I don't want him to change I just want him to alter a few things just a little bit.

Well my girlfriend and I just recently broke up after 11 months of dating and I must say that it hurts like HELL! I miss her every second of every hour and what makes it harder is that she goes to my school, and it's small as hell and I have two out of four classes with her. I am bipolar and I let it slip out of control and my temper and attitude turned the relationship into chaos. I would have manic episodes, but most of the time I was just using my sickness as a crutch because I was being a douche. My friends say to act like her best friend and let her date other people. I am having the most wonderful relationship with this man who is 20 years older than me. I am 32, he is 53. Of course i am confused since i did not expected God send me a man his age. ok i'm 14 and haven't had a girlfriend yet. I want to get my 1st one. I've tried in the past but haven't been successful. When i got a "no" in the past it was ok. I moved on. I have a really good friend that I've know for 6 months. We hang out an talk all the time. Things are great and we have so much in common. I think she is one of the best person I've ever met because the compatability of our personalites are amost perfect. She is pretty too. I'm around average. I had a feeling she sorta like me. This happened on Tuesday… She called and said her school work is piling up, her family life is bad, she's got college ahead of her (graduating a year early), the ACT's, and she has a pap exam coming up that will determine if her HPV has cleared up or not. (It’s all the truth…I know she’s not lying) She said she’s having a crisis right now and doesn’t know what to do. She told me that she needs to take a break and get her life sorted out before she can have any sort of serious relationship. She told me it's nothing I did but it's everything going on in her life right now. That she really likes me and doesn't want to do it, but felt like she had to. She wants to try and do it single. She then said that after her stuff is sorted out, then she can think about a relationship again. Then she said she had to get off the phone to go do something, but to call her back later if I want. She'd understand if I didn't want to.

I told her I understand where she's coming from and everything, but I'm completely bummed out. I later called her back because she wanted me to do and we talked for a little bit but I was really quiet. I told her that I’m still here to talk if you want in the future. She said okay and about 5 minutes later she had to go do some homework. She then said “I’ll talk to you tomorrow if you want”…and I haven’t talked to her since Tuesday.

Should I continue going no contact or should I talk to her? I want to help her through her problems but I also don’t want it to hinder a future relationship. Maybe no contact is the best option? It’s just so tough. I don’t know if she still wants me to be there for her for support or not.

I mean, she still likes me…but she’s so busy right now.

Btw...it's been 2 months.

Also...she has had a terrible past. She was raped, got pregnant before by her ex bf and he beat her until she had a miscarriage, did drugs, alcohol, all that...I told her that I'd still be there for her and accept her for who she is now...which is a great person. She told me I was the greatest guy in the world for that.

I think she still has feelings for me, but she really just needs to get some stuff in her life done. I'm not sure if I should still be there for her or not for the time being.

I have previously asked about how a girl can tell whether a guy is confident without even speaking to him and some people, almost all seem to be of the opinion that the guy should be himself and someone will come along but what if the guy is a shy, quiet guy. Do girls immediately see this due to his mannerisms, think this guy doesn't have much confidence and therefore not really be attracted to him?

I am confident in myself but due to being shy (a way i have always been so it is ot easy for me to try and be something im not) i fear i will send out negative messages to girls out there
