im 22 years old , and i see psychologist, i love her so much more than my mother, and i wish if she see me as her daughter. how can i tell her that? im afraid if she will not accept that ( to treat me like her daughter and worry about me ).i depend on her, but she said : you shouldnt depend on my forever.how can i let her ( to love ) me as her daughter.

Next week my 36 yr old daughter will have an operation. There is a 40% chance she will die. I will have to leave her to go and baby-sit her daughter ( my lovely grand-daughter). She knows I love her but what do I say about her little girl before I leave her in hospital.

It it really possible, as some claim, to be totally committed and in love with each other and also have the understanding that either party is free to engage in casual sex with people they encounter and desire? I know a couple like this and it seems to me they are in their relationship more for convenience and the lusty lifestyle than for love of each other.
This question would also apply to couples who invite a third party into their sex life and have threesomes.
Can real love exist when the people involved are having sex outside the relationship? I'm doubtful.

I split with my ex 6 months ago after nearly 4 and a half years together, he wanted me back after 3 weeks, but as he still didn't know what he wanted, it never happened. I have been doing well moving on and we have remained close friends. Today he told me he is bringing a girl to our friend's birthday party tomorrow - a first date. Even though I don't want to get back with him, I still feel gutted. How will I enjoy myself at this party if he is there in my face with this new girl! I really want to be strong. Any advice would be appreciated!!!

You where in a loving relationship and living with this person for 2 years, everything is picture perfect feels like your soul mate. Then one day you go to pick out some panties for the day and find a pair that are not yours??? hmmm He has some of his clothes still in storage and said after making a trip to the storage that they are from an old flame and was mixed up with the clothes he brought back from storage to wash, he assumed they where mine and put them in my drawer.....what do you think???????

so my ex and his best friend had an apartment together, they didnt sign a lease or anything so it wasnt in just anyones name, anyway my exs friend decided he wanted to move out to move in with his girl, he only gave my ex a days notice, well the day they had to move my son had a seizure and had to be rushed to the hospital, that was Saturday and we were up at the hospital until Monday, my ex had to have his mom and some other people go move his stuff because he was told they had until Monday. well no one ever did anything with the two cats (they were his friends cats) so monday night i told him that i would hold on to them but since i am pregnant someone needed to come and change the litter and all that. wel when he went to get them they were gone. and now they are pressing charges on my ex. his friend will not stand up and say they are his cats, if my ex gets one more misdemenor he has a felony. how can he prove that they arent his and he didnt abandon them, he went back. help!

We recently got in an arguement about her meeting another guy. I over reacted huge time and I should understand that she's just meeting him to talk. We've been together for 4 years and the guy just got out of a relationship about that long too. We recently broke up a few days ago too. Should I be worried or anything? Am I over reacting? She's never hid anything from me before and now I feel like she is. I still love her and I couldn't say that I've never met a girl before because I have many times. Nothing ever happend though. I'm pretty up front with her. So I'd hope she would be with me too... right?

My wife is about 100 lbs overweight. She has been for years. She gained it after the birth of our second child and never really lost it.
I do not complain about it, but I (in the GENTLEST possible way), when she asks me if I would like her to lose weight, tell her that yes I'd prefer it, but if you never do it's not a really big deal.
That's the truth - but the problem is that SHE is much more unhappy about her being overweight than I am. I have done EVERYTHING - cooking whatever diet she wanted, setting up a great gym in our garage (which she said she would use but now won't, with me or without me), inviting her for bike rides or walks with me and the kids - nothing.
BUT she STILL whines and moans ALL THE TIME about how "unfair" it is about her being overweight. This is driving me crazy. I can't make it happen - she has to.
btw I am in excellent shape and pretty much always have been. I love her to death, but this is hurting our marriage, and her health one day.

My almost 3-year relationship with my ex-boyfriend ended 4 yrs ago.To cut the long story short,he was infidel.But up until now,he continuously denies that he cheated.We're civil to each other and have our own relationships (he's still with that girl, by the way).Yet, despite the fact that it has already been 4 years since my life's drama took place, I still couldn't help but wish that something bad happens to them - may it be them splitting up or just get a good case of Karma.They are still very happy together and I can't help but feel upset about the fact that they are still not paying for the pain they've caused me.

It hurts really bad.

I know this feeling is abnormal, thats why I just want to find a way to forgive them and release all the ill feelings I have towards them even if they dont acknowledge the fact that they've practically ruined my life four years ago.I know its possible to forgive people even if they do not admit to their own wrongdoing...i just dont know how...

Last year my husband started to get really close to one of our son's friend's mom. It started with him going on a kayak ride with him and 2 days later he told me again that he was goingwith her. Once I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, he didnt go, but that there was nothing going on. He related my concerns to her and she said she didnt want to be in a triangle. After that they were talking on the phone for long long talks and even after I told him that I didnt like it he kept on. He tells me that he enjoys talking to her and that if it means our marriage he would stop, but that he didnt think it was fair. I finally told him it was ok, but in actuality, I'm not and I think that she has stepped over the line, knowing how I felt and she still calls or accepts his calls. Im afraid to tell him again how this bothers me because I dont want another fight and I also feel bad that she is one of his few few friends.
