You where in a loving relationship and living with this person for 2 years, everything is picture perfect feels like your soul mate. Then one day you go to pick out some panties for the day and find a pair that are not yours??? hmmm He has some of his clothes still in storage and said after making a trip to the storage that they are from an old flame and was mixed up with the clothes he brought back from storage to wash, he assumed they where mine and put them in my drawer.....what do you think???????

Sounds good to me. I`d believe him if there aren`t any other tell tale signs he`s cheating. Burn them together. You have to trust the one your with. If you lose that over some old panties, your throwing it all away over nothing.

Sounds reasonable - as long as he really does have clothes in storage. Does he have proof of other clothes he brought out of storage that are his? That would be your first clue - if he does then he's probably telling the truth. If he doesn't - then you have the right to wonder. Jumping to conclusions like that though can lead to more and bigger problems. You have to trust each other.

Unless there are other signs of unfaithfulness, I would let it go. Why would he put them in your drawer had he thought for a sec they wasn't yours? I think he's legit. How did he react when you confronted him, was he nervous or cool and collected?You have known him for 2 years, you should be able to read between a lie and the truth.

i think if you know he had clothes in storage and he recently got them out that you should believe him. if you were unaware of a storage then i would question it. why on earth would he have put them in your drawer if he was seeing someone? most guys try to avoid getting caught they don't leave evidence.

Oh honey i was in the same boat as you but i found them in his work coat pocket!!! and he gave me 3 different story's including that they were mine i just didn't remember them!!!! just keep an eye open for strange behavior like showering as soon as he comes home from being 'out with the guys' smelling like a girl is a good sign to look for.good luck i hope your happily ever after doesn't end in disaster!!!

The question is what do you think? Is that story plausible or is it a bold face lie. You live with him day in and day out and you say you've lived with him for 2 yrs. I would hope in that time you've been able to tell when he's being truthful and when he's not.
But... that story sounds fishy to me.

He might be telling you the truth. Did you have nay reason before this to believe he might not be honest with you?
Don't make a big fuss unless you see some more signs.

Sounds reasonable to me. If you have no other reason to suspect he is cheating then why would you? Based on this one incident I don't think you should jump to the conclusion that he is cheating on you. Give this man that you love the benefit of doubt.
