Since when can people decide to negotiate what a parent gets from an absent parent based on what the absent parent THINKS he pays to 2 other parents.... he has 5 kids (3 different mothers) and mine is 3rd in line he is prolonging the hearing so he doesn't have to pay me what the Child support agency sayes he owes me, he is trying to pay as little as possible...although he HIRED a Lawyer c'mon if u can pay him u can pay me right? FYI my child is 7 his last one is 3 mo. old

don't answer my question by refering to ma age. I'm 18yrs old. i had this guyfriend when i was in the 11th grade, I had a crush on him and so did he but he is a kinda shy guy who always hides his feelings. now i'm in college and we started dating about 2months ago. i know he really luvs me from his actions but he thinks i don't luv him. He also acts like he doesn't care bout me somethimes. He gets mad when i talk about my guyfriends. He thinks i refuse to do thinks with him cuz i'll rather do them with some other guy. He wants me to have sex with him and i want to but my concience keeps telling me to wait. I luv him so much and i don't want to loose him but i also don't want to loose ma virginity now. I want to be proud of ma self till i'm really ready to do it. What if he does have sex with me and leaves me? i would be so depressed. Please i need help. Do u think i should wait or do u think i should do it. I know every one else does it but thats not the reason y i want to do it.

I have been with the same man for 17 years old. His mother and everyone else in our extend family claims one of his x girlfriends had a child to him over 17 years ago. We requested Dna test to be done and the other woman refused to have them done with us paying for them.This child was adopted at the age of 4 and the man passed away. Problem with all this is that in laws refuse to have relationship with our children because we asked for the blood test on the other child and it is in their life.

I have been seing a guy for a year, we split up a few months ago but we are still in contact and really appreciate each other company. He's seeing someone now but tells me it's not serious and that in his mind he want to get back with me but not right now. I really like him but as it's more him that wanted to broke up I don't know if I should wait especially when I always thought it sounded pathetic to wait for someone. I don't understand why if he wants to get back together why it doesn't dump his girlfriend now and why he wants to wait. Some friends say that he might want to be with me when he'll be ready to settle down but I am not sure...Guys opinion please?

After we broke up my ex said we would still be friends. He would still talk to me and hang out with me and our friends. But then he started to avoid me. It's gotten to the point where I'll walk up to our friends and he'll just turn his back on me. He won't even look at me. He dosn't talk to me at all. He won't go to any of the after school clubs we were both in before either, and won't tell his best friend why he decided to quit. We had a pretty mutual break up, he just didn't want to be with me anymore and I didn't plan on staying in a relationship where I wasn't wanted. I never did anything to hurt him. He has told me he dosn't love me anymore and that he never wants to be with me again over e-mails so I know he dosn't have feelings for me. So why can't he just be my friend? I'm not trying to get him back, but it makes things kind of weird when hes avoiding me and I don't want to lose a friend. Maybe I can fix it if I know why hes being like this. Any ideas?

I am a single mother of two little boys (4 and 2) in which I have sole custody. They have a very "lazy" father who never finds it convenient to see them. I live 45 min away from him and he only comes to see them about once every two months. I have been divorced for almost 3 years and I have met the love of my life and moved in with him. ONE PROBLEM!!! He is in the Air Force and with that his job takes him all over the country. Well if he ever gets sent to another base I of course want to go with him and by then we will be married. But I got a call from my ex today saying that he is doing some sort of petition through the courts and if its approved in 6 months then I will never be able to leave the state of Georgia. I have researched and I cant find this "petition." But the only way it will supposedly be void is if I am married before the 6 months are up. I would willingly marry my boyfriend but he thinks there is a way to get around this. If anyone has any advice please send it my way.

I think this girl likes me, but i'm not sure. We made eye contact, but we didn't smile. Than next day we made eye contact again and she smile at me. I saw her at lunch siting by herself and I talk to her. She brought up that she has a boyfriend and saids he's doing bad in school and stuff. We talk about other stuff too. obviously there's the invitation itself, but what are all the other things?! like reception cards, and response cards (ok, so i get that one) and what not?

and another thing about wedding papers, who actually used a program for their wedding? i know i've seen a lot of people saying they have, but i don't think it's necessary. (then again i don't think it's necessary to have a lot of other things either, like place cards...i think people should sit where they're comfortable...)

basically i guess i'm just asking what are all the papers that are associated with weddings, other than the license, invitaiotn and response card? and how many of them are actually necessary, or good to have?

My boyfriend is 15 and I'm 14 and he has no experience whatsoever. I used to mess around with previous boyfriends, so I'm more used to kissing early in the relationship. I don't want to scare him or make him feel uncomfortable. So what I'm asking is how should I approach this situation. Like, do I just come out and kiss him? or should I ask? My father was deported back to Cuba when we were young. I was only in the 2nd grade. We haven't had contact with him since. I really want to find him he was the best father in the entire world. my mom says she loves me but is very nueoritc. SHe recently was carrying the laundry and yelled for my (who is on the second floor) to go pick hers up. I was doing the dishes and i sayd to "can we not yell, its 11'oclock at night and people are sleeping. Then she broke out calling me lazy a piece of $HIT like 30 times and nothing but a failure. EVerytime she says something like that to me she makes up for it the next day by telling me that she cant handle the stress of work and home and family, and that she loves me., and i forgive her.
