No I don't want to hear because they are stupid. My friend has the problem she doesn't want to her it from me because I am in a long distance relationships and very much in love! (I am where I am for school)

Some believe that "absence makes the heart grow fonder." When you are not constantly exposed to a person with all of their attributes and flaws, then a relationship can stay fresher, longer. Some people thrive on relationships in which they are constantly learning things about their compatriots.
There are some bonuses in long distance relationships if you are a "loner" type. The long periods apart from a love one can provide critical "alone time." This allows one to do what they want, when they want without having a relationship getting in the way. The time spent with that love one is also heightened and made very special. A long distance relationship can really make one appreciate having someone to "come home to."

Because of the mystery. You can be anyone you want to be as long as the other person isn't right there to say you aren't.
You have no serious obligation to someone long distance, because there is only you to monitor the truth of things.
No matter what anyone says, it is not that hard to pick up and move across country, find just as good a job (or better) there as here and make new friends. I would do it in a heartbeat for someone I loved.

If you're in a serious LDR, I can't understand how you would prefer the distance. (I'm in one.) However, being so far apart causes you to be closer in a way because your communication has to be twice as good, you have to talk twice as much, and you have to make more of an effort for things to work. The results are rewarding, though!

long distance relationships doesnt really work that much.its just a risk time and effort that you may get hurt at the end once you find out that she/he finds another person that she/he makes her happy.in other words,dont expect to much from him/her coz,if that love doesnt really yours,no matter what she/he wont be yours forever.thats how i see myself when i get involve into that same question you been asking for..stay happy on your own and enjoy life..

You dont choose who you fall in love with or where they live it just happens. I moved 400 to be with my now wife and she flew 11,000 to get there in the first place.
