not sure how old you are but sometimes teasing is a way of getting your attention when the person is too shy or mostly, too immature to know any other way. maybe he notices you but he sounds immature....

If hes teasing you then that probably means he likes you i know alot of people say that but believe me im a guy and when i was younger i used to tease the girls i liked

Cripes, I am 33 years old and a friend of a friend was teasing me incessantly...turns out he was interested in me.... Did you hear the part about me being 33?????? This is one of those odd 'you-might-think-it's-an old wives tale but-it's-actually-true' things.....when they tease you, they like you. When they ignore you or are merely polite but somewhat disracted, they don't.

o he likes you. he just thinks that the only way to strike up a convorsation with you is to tease you. and plus he just wants you to notice him. it worked didnt it?

what does it hurt to ask just ask him as a friend and see where it goes from there.and if it doesn't work out then you have lost nothing and he will still be your friend.
