I've a friend who's just broken up with her boyfriend. She's taking it really rough. Quite simply, how can I try and make her feel better- or at least take her mind off these matters for a while? I don't want to patronise her, but I really want her to feel to better about things. Any suggestions?

So, please some advice. I am distressed right now b/c my boyfriend and I are splitting up. This may be a good thing. We have been together for a while and I have delt with his cheating once, and 2 relapses. Then with him thinking there is nothing wrong with making small chit chat with the one he cheated on me with. Problem is he has a good heart, I know sounds cliche, but he is and I think he was truly sorry about what happened which played a part in his relapse. So to the point, I love him very much and have spent most of my time and nights with him. I am broken hearted and don't know what to do. I am soo hurt and I want to be with him, but know he is not healthy enough to be in relationship. I want to be able to get over this, but the heart wants what the heart wants. While this is not necessarily a question and more of a spilling my guts type thing. I would appreciate any advice!!!!

your stranded and have no place to go, wondering where your relationship is going, scared you always doing something wrong, your getting fat and feeling less attractive everyday. ok so is there any guys out there who just isnt into sex that much? Okay. My mom works for the FDA and makes about 90,000 dollars a year and my dad owns his own business and makes about 32,000 dollars a year. However, the FDA just announced major lab closings across the country, and my mom's lab is one of them meaning that she'll lose her job, and we, a family of 6, cannot live on my dad's salary alone.

Now, we could move, however, one of our major goals in life was to stay in the same town all our lives, so that's out of the question.

Also, we are having many other problems, such as we own a condo and it sucks about 2000 dollars away every month because it's winter and we can't get it rented.

So, my question: What do you think we should do? Do you want to rent our condo?

He loves the outdoors, works in a garden centre and has almost everything. The gift doesn't have to be a material possesion, you could just suggest an activity you think he might enjoy....

Okay, so I have dated three guys in the past few weeks and i am a little confused about it all. I am on guy number three right now.

They all have said a suggestive comment about having sex and I am not sure if I am ready but they keep talking about it and they all seem to really want me. One of these days I feel like I am going to crack but I do not want to lose my virginity like that. I am having a lot of pressure from these guys even though I am not dating two of them. I have talked to them about it but they don't really seem to care they just keep talking about it.

I really like being friends with them but all they talk about is getting into my pants.

hey!
my boyfriend is acting weird all of a suden and i think he might be mad at me he's allways telling my friend bebe that he thinks i hate him 'cause i won't ever hangout with him and he says that if i did want to hangout with him i would have by now

I have 4 children and have been with the same man on and off for 11 years! I am 28 and just (and finally) learned my leason. He calls me every name in the book and then wants me to jump into his bed! I would rather sleep with a hungry alligator! He is completely he tries to hurt me emtionally constantly. Using my mother and fathers death against me, my lack of family against me, and now since he has basically refused to get a "real" job (I had to get him one through the company I work at) faults me for not doing as much around the house. I tell him if I did that what would you have to do but live up under me. Now he goes on Myspace 75% of the day instead of focusing on our 1 year old he stays home with. Which infuriates me to end! Because what I would not give to be able to stay at home and be with my babies, and he is home ignoring them.. I want him out but honestly since I lack any support at what so ever, I have almost become complacent to the fact that I have to deal with this.

We are having a place for gifts at the wedding; however, I'm guessing alot of people will opt for a card with a check or something since we aren't registered anywhere & they know we are funding our own honeymoon.

I don't want anything tacky that screams "this if for money!" because I don't care if I get any, cash or gifts for that matter, but I still don't just want to lay a card down on a table & hope it doesn't get lost.

Any suggestions on how you've seen it done or you've done it yourself?
