Do i really need a lawyer to file for petition to modify custody in the state of oregon? im from california?
i have the papers to file. is it possible that i could just file the paper myself if i have already all the supporting documents and written documentaries to support my case. I am going against a relative not the birthfather. He had surrendered his rights already and i wasn't able to attend to the hearing so the grandparent's were ruled on them by default. Just serious answers please no rude comments. Thank you.

Me and my husband had a split only 4 a week and we r back together, he's happy and I am (kinda) I just feel like cuz he walked out that door that I was a bad wife, but he tells me my heart was 2 big, I let people always live with us. How do I deal with an overbearing sister in law, who pushed her special forces military hubby over to my residence to attack my 17 yr old son, after he was caught having a party the night before. I was out of town on medical emergency for my dad. I do not for one minute think it was mr anitsocials idea to attack with brut force while me and my husband were away. BIL has not said a word about the incident to me. SIL only did at a dinner party of hers to embarace me.

my cat died earlier this morning its is so hard because just last night i was petting her and i knew that she was sick she was weak.she was bron the runt and her insides were messed up but i cant stop thinking that maybe it is my fualt is there somthing i could have done my mom's sais there wasnt but i cant stop crying she died under my bed possibly from internal bleeding im just hoping and praying she didnt feel pain i miss her so much what should i do i cant even sleep in my room tonight!?

he ignored my text. I just texted him to ask him if he is getting better he was hospitalised with a virus.

everything just dawned on me that all along he was trying to show me he is not interested. But i just kept giving hope and thought maybe he is just shy. he is a shy person but avoiding standing next to me and stuff like that was also the way he wanted to show me he rejects me

so now I feel like i am being ripped apart. I am so embarassed for sending him the text. I would have been much better if he text back to reply very coldly. Feel like i am hung in mid air. Maybe he will suspect I like him, but all along I was just trying to be a friend.

There was nothing in the message just a friendly note. Why doesn't he reply?

What shall I do when I see him in class? I feel like killing myself. kidding. But this hurts.

I've been in love for over a year, deeply, with a woman I work with...It's only been a few days since I drummed up enough courage and finally told her how I felt, face to face. She's interested, but is scared (so she says) because of the age difference..."what will happen when I lose my looks?" she told me....she thinks she's old at 33 and Im 24. Ever since my ex cheated on me and moved in with the old battleaxe that I am having a hard time getting over it. Especially since the whole time he was telling me he loved me and wanted to be with me and missed me. I was being mislead and it hurt. We have a son and that's onlt reason we have any contact so that he can talk to him and get this child support together. He can't visit b/c he is in another state (thank God) and is on probation and I'll be dmaned if I take him there to visit. He knows it snot good for me to be there b/c his beoitch And I would not be civil and I would do harm.
But it really seems like he got over me quick but still says "I will always have a special place in my heart" shyt and I am special. But it still hurts and maybe b/c I have never been betrayed and dumped so nasty like that before. I am trying to move on but it's not easy having to deal with him. Help!

I REALLY like this guy, but I asked him out on v-day and he said no. But Im not sure why.....At my school we can send valograms and they pass them out on v-day in 7th period. He has athletics and his coaches were being nosey and read it. Then they asked him what his answer was.
