People that have not loved a pet can not understand. i lost a beloved dog when he was just 18 months. he was killed right in front of me. a few weeks later i got a new puppy. i have had her now for over a year and she has become my best bud. Just thank God that he gave the time with the little kitty as long as HE did. Sounds like you gave the kitty lots of love. Would that little kitty have gotten that from anyone else. Probably not. So sounds like the kitty was blessed to have you. Don't forget the little girl. Crying is a natural part of pain. you hurt inside so cry. Talk about how much you cared for her. Maybe your mom will let you get a new one. sounds like you have a lot to offer a pet. that is rare nowadays. If you have a picture you can put it up after a few days. Good luck and God Bless

There probably wasn't anything that could be done for your cat since it died so quick. I am sure that your cat knew how much you loved it. I think you would have know if the cat was in pain so try to stop worring about that. Maybe you could curl up on the couch or with your mom for awhile. It's ok to cry it will make you feel better.

Only time can heal your pain, but I am truly sorry for your loss, losing a pet is horrible. Just try and keep yourself busy and try not to think about it. Sounds mean I know, but it might help you get over her faster.

im so srry. ive had something like tht happen before. its hard but w/ your friends and family w/ u it wont hurt so bad later on. try little steps like sleep somewhere else, like the couch. it wasnt your fault. it was an unpredictable situation. you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. im sure she didn't feel anything.the pain will fade
good luck
