For starters I'm 25. In my area I've been applying for jobs everywhere in town that I can think of and coming up empty. My life currently where I reside is a total failure. My father offered me the opportunity to live with him while I got on my feet. My mom sees this as throwing away everything she has ever done for me or "sh!ting on her" I personally think that my mom should respect my adult decisions. I'm not going to be living with him that long. A year MAX. Now, am I wrong, but is my mom being childish about this instead of respecting that I'm trying to better myself and get my debts paid off in a year instead of 5-10 years as the original plan I had? I'm not doing it to crap on her, I'm doing it to better myself and be more successful. Why is she so mad? He didn't provide much for me as a child no, but I'm an adult now, why can't she respect my choices in life seeing that I'm an adult?

Ive beening see someone for about 7 mnths, they are the love of my life and I dont want to lose them, but we've been drifting further away from each other, shes rude, shes mean, she has trust issuses from past relationships. Ive been very good to her, I'm always there, I've never let her down. I dont ask her for much just to appreciate me and thats it, but lately shes been making me feel like Im asking for to much. Things she use to do she doesnt anymore. Days go by and I dont hear from her so I called to find out whats going on and whats wrong, and she gets mad at me and say she doesnt have to speak to me everyday as if im smothering her when all I'm trying to do is show her I love her and that Im concerned about whatsup with her. From day one my intentions with her were good and theres still nothing i wouldnt do for her but she hurts my feelings alot. All of my friends know that I'm a great person so they all want me to move on because they say im too good for her, but I love her!

I have only known my friend for a little less than a year. However, it seems we are so close and I would consider him one of my best friends for sure. I am in university and he is in the same program as me so we are in a lot of the same classes, I see him everyday and we do our homework together, etc. He teases me a lot and makes jokes a lot, but I think that's just part of his character. I think I have feelings for him, but I dont know if he likes me the same way. I don't want to ask him straight up because it might make things awkward if he doesn't like me. What should I do and how do I know if he likes me the same way?

I love this guy that I am with and I really try to let him know I love him! He is the most important guy to me other than my dad and son and I don't think that he really knows how wonderful he is! He has been through so much and I most of the time don't care what he has done I just love him so much! I cook, clean, do laundry, take care of the kids and all that women stuff and he does all that man stuff! Work pay bills and is an active partner in our family life. He truly is Mr. Wonderful! Don't get me wrong there are things that I don't like but even than that's nothing compared to what a ton of women have to put up with! I just don't know what more to do to make him realize how much he means to me! I feel so lucky to have someone this special in my life! I know someone is going to day just tell him this but I have and I think that he just won't accept it! He puts himself down so much secretly! I can see it! Nobody else can! I just want him to wake up and see he's amazing!

my ex. is not able to digest the fact that i called it off. I have a dilemma. My boyfriend of 3 months has joined an online sex / swingers site and placed an ad for 1 on 1 sex.

I wouldn't have known this had I not gone on his email account and seen the verify password email. I know I was exceptionally wrong for snooping, but I had strong intuitions that something was up. We don't ordinarily keep our emails secret, he knows my passwords and obviously I his.

I guess my question is how to handle this? I am devastated with this discovery, having gone through this before and still have some baggage from my ex having done something similar. Not sure if I am in love with this guy but it is close. He is 13 years my junior but until this has always been more mature than I. All previous indications led me to believe we were on the same page and our relationship was progressing to what we both wanted. Now, im terrified and feel that I cannot trust him with my emotional or physical well being if he is open to casual sex with strangers. Help

It was a lie just to spend 2 or 3 hours alone, not with anyone. But he got so mad and sais that he won't trust me again and love wouldn't be enough so we should break up. I know that it should end if it is what meant to be but I don't want to and I don't think relationships should end when two people loving each other. My husband and I just got married last december 29, and this is my first year with him. While we were still gf/bf, I never received anything from him during my birthdays, love days, christmas days. And I understand this because he told me he doesn't really know what to give me. Before, I was a really sad, but I've gotten the use of receiving nothing from him eventually.

I know it's selfish to expect gifts but do wives have the right to receive anything from their husbands? I am not expecting anything this love day though and I am not going to force him to give me something... all I am going to do is give him something special and not expect anything in return...
