So, there's this guy I might like. I'm not sure. Let's call him....Nelson. Nelson and I are... ok friends. We talk and he doesn't igore me or anything. But I did like him last year, and he igored me that whole year. I dunno if I should really ask him to be my Valentine. Should I? I don't wanna be igored again.HELP!

I'm a guy. Guys are used to doing the asking.
BUT
Many guys wish the girls would do the asking, its a scary thing opening your heart up to a girl, risking the rejection. This "nelson" may just be shy about it himself...
Even so, it is a well known fact that when a guy likes a girl, he will make sure that the girl finds out. Guys aren't all sneaky like all you women are...damn sneaky women...
so to finish up...it doesn't bode well that he hasn't said anything, but you never know SO ASK HIM, worst that can happen is he says he doesn't like you that way, but it is better to find out now then later. so ask away.

There will be plenty of more guys whistling and asking for your number. For each one that does do that to you: Automatic Rejection. And I am not implying that you have the right to be rude about it - kindly say you are not interested and leave it alone at that. You are a young lady who deserves respect and by feeding into this, will show you don't have any and guys can continue to whistle at woman thinking it will get their attention - it only gets the WRONG kind of attention. Any one can be interested in you - but weeding out the Good personalities from the Bad is what's Important. If it's a good person, trust me you will know. Forget about this guy.. Loser. Best wishes!

Just go up to him with a little flirtatious smile and say, "Will you be my Valentine?" If he laughs and doesn't seem interested, you can always laugh too, like you were only joking. I bet he likes it though.

Honest truth, I'd let him ask you, you could hint towards it and see if he picks up what your putting down but I wouldn't ask him, I'd let him come to you!
