its possible to have crush feelings about anything...but a crush is just a crush, nothing special.
perhaps you are taken by the fact that he took the time to make a homemade card and give you chocolate?
I'm just curious as to what you actually want to know? are you asking if this is the start of something special? it could be...see where it goes.

it would be a very sweet gesture. if youve barely talked to him...not necessarily going to make you suddenly crush on him.
the gesture, the thought put into the goodies given to you might make you think about the person in a different way. if he does that, he's opening a door hopefully for you to open your heart his way. talk more and get to know him. peace
