my ex. is not able to digest the fact that i called it off. He is a cheater but is completely on denial, worst thing is that He owes me1,200,$ from 8 months ago, that makes more difficult to stop the communication, I know for a fact that it will take him up to 4 months to save that kind of money, any suggestions?

forget the money. ask him to give you a thank you card for you gesture. or better, give him a card forgiving the debt. that'll help it eat at you forever and move on peacefully.

Is he not paying you back on purpose, so he can keep in contact with you? Think about if you really want to go through all the effort for the money... If so, see if he would pay you a certain amount a week, say $75 a week, on payday. Say you really really need it.. Or if all else fails, you could take him to court, but that may not be worth all the stress... Good luck..

Its alot of money, but ask yourself... is it worth it? Is it worth keeping this guy in your life, for money you will have to wait months for anyway? Move on and allow him to do the same. Dont let things get nasty and one day he may come around. If not, be thankful you didn't waste any more of your precious life with this person. Your happiness is worth more!

You might as well consider that loan a gift because he isn't paying you back.
A cheater is also a liar and a thief.

Take him to small claims court and have a judge tell him what to do, so you won't have to. A third party perspective always helps, and in this situation, he'll probably need a big, scary judge to tell him how it really is :)

Good luck
