I have a daughter that's almost 2. My mother very recently remarried. My step-father has a son and a daughter. So I know that they are my step-brother and step-sister. What my husband and I can not agree about is whether or not they are related to our daughter. I say they are her uncle and aunt now. At the very least, step-uncle and step-aunt. He says they aren't related in any way as a result of the marriage. He also says that my step-father is not related to her either. Does anybody have experience with this or what are your opinions?

Do you think that he likes me?
That this guy likes me
1.He laughs at some stuff i say that isn't really funny
2.When we talk he looks me in the eyes and then other times he can barely look me in the eyes.
3.He goes to push me or tackle me playfully
4.Told me he was my knight in shining armour.
5.Tells me when he's been thinking about me. Like if he's seen or heard something thats made him think of me.
6.Has told me all sorts of stories about himself.
7.He says hello and goodbye and even used to wave to me every time.
8.Has borrowed stuff from me and even given me something for letting him borrow it. sort of a thankyou.i told him not to worry.
9.I've seen him looking at me and when i looked up he kept looking as he passed me.I had to look away because it made me a bit uncomfortable.
10.He smiles at me when we talk sometimes and then other times he looks really serious and he tries to make me laugh.

I'm going to take into consideration what most everyone said and not leave my husband. However I don't think him looking at porn while I'm away will be okay. I think if that's what he needs is the visual then I'll have to move outside my box and give it to him. Bottom line: my husband hasn't seen me naked since our son was born. Hate my body and I really don't want to show it off. However I want to save my marriage. Should I buy him flowers and take him to dinner tonight? I already got a sitter for the whole weekend.

Very recently a friend & I enjoyed a wonderful vacation. We returned to learn that her father passed away while we were away, but she was very well prepared for this and her family agreed that if anything happened while she was away, they would wait 'til she got back home. Being a good friend, I wanted to stand beside her, but she said some weird things and it hurt me. She'll speak to a mutual friend in a very friendly way, but with me she seems withdrawn. I don't know which emotion is true..the one with me, or with the mutual friend. The service for her Dad isn't until next week. She did tell the mutual friend that flowers weren't appropriate. I disagree. I'm at wits end here and would appreciate anything you might offer. She did explain however that if she seems withdrawn, it's because she needs to be whatever she needs to be at that particular time, BUT the difference in emotion toward the mutual friend is extremely confusing.

I know this guy for just over 3 yrs. now and he told me he loved me a while back. I recently went through a bad divorce, and my father & his wife decided I was going to hell because of it. (They are both previously divorced!) I told her to butt out, but my Dad supports her 100% and as a result I have not spoke to him in 3 years. Do I bother trying to reconcile? The only time he comes around is at X-mas time to bring presents, if only to ease his "Christian" mind. He only lives 2 blocks away! He's told me I have to be a bigger person and basically overlook everything he's done wrong. He's told me this all my life everytime he hurts me, and I'm tired of it. Help?

My brother has just learned that i am pregnant and now he wants to talk. He says he was under alot of stress when he went pyscho on me and that he really wasn't aware of his own actions. He asked me to make an exception to the restraining order if other people are in the room to act as mediators.
My sister, Angie is the main force behind this. She is sort of acting as a peacemaker for us. I want to meet and talk with him. Angie says that she will be the mediator. I say I want my boyfriend there as well plus an unbiased third party.
My sister and brother say that just her presence alone is enough and won't agree to the extra people. My question is this----Is my brother serious about wanting to work things out or is he just trying to get me alone so he can try and harm me again?

My boyfriend is from India, I am British. I have been with him a yr now but his family in india do not know about me. he always says he will tell them but never does. I feel like he's hiding me. He's living 200 miles away from me at the moment and its very hard as i only see him once a month (due to our jobs). Its lasted this long so there must be something special, but i'm fed up of being hidden. he knows how i feel but says it is hard for him because of the culture and society, he says his parents wont agree. She told me the "let's be friends," but our intimate conversations and eye contact and touching tell me it could be otherwise. She said she wanted to friends and for our friendship to grow to good friends after I explained in detail how much I cared for her over the years. I told her my feelings will grow if this happens. She still wanted to become good friends, and we now have very intimate conversations with a lot of foot touching. Thank you for all your answers but we are now 200 guests for my wedding I'm on a budget of $8000 as I said before i now have to find reception sites that allowed me to bring my own food and i'm not talking about a licensed catering company i'm talking about a buffed that both families are going to prepare for our wedding i need suggestions and websites please helppppp i'm getting married in August!!!!
