Not enough information given but i will try to give you an idea.
Do you build their self worth up or only care for yourself and how you feel/ look? Do you shower them your non- distracted with yourself attention? Coming from another country to America it is hard to understand American woman.We are different from others as much as other countries are different from each other. We need to be built up with your admiration, showered with gentleman respect and put first in your consideration of everything. Then we will do the same for you.That is of course if the woman is not selfish and full of herself. (correct me if I am wrong- looking at your questions it seems you are new to English- no insult intended). try to become more of a gentleman in the old style sense. stay away from the punks and have some class to yourself. Its all about how you treat them and the show of respect and courtesy.

Well, you probably already know why. If you hear this a lot maybe you should do something about it if you don't want to have the reputation of being an egomaniac. You can change your attitude to make things better and people will respong much better to you. No one likes an egotistical person.

If girl's say that then it probably means your cocky and arrogant and that is a huge turn off to women.You can have confidence without being stuck on yourself and thinking you are god's gift to women.
