ok..get this, this guy im working with that ive been sort of dating..we have gone out on three dates and im really starting to like him. well for the story...today was his day off but i had to work, he came in though looking mighty cute if i had to say so..with his sister who he introduced me to well it was a crazy day at work so he left pretty fast but didn't check out through my line but i noticed his dad (which i recongized from pics) was watching me. and then he got some more bags for me from another register with out me asking..but when he left he didnt' say goodbye...and i wont' see him again until saturday..so does that mean he likes me or its just friends?

I have very little self confidence in myself and conceder myself to be very fat and un pretty but I have found a guy that i am very much interested in and want to become more than friends and dont know how to tell him everyone says we would make such a cute couple and we are always flirting but neither of us have made the big move yet should I go for it or let him do the work???See Im really scared about making the moves so if yes make the moves how and why?Thanks and the more help and sooner the better he will be callin me very soon!!!

I am a 40 year old female professional in the dating market. My friends had always told me that I had that 'little girl' quality which I must not lose. But I think I have finally lost it. I used to be able to look at guys with bright eyes and enthusiams. Now in social situation where I am supposed to meet guys, I find myself talking to the women, and dismissing the guys as just another guy. I know that this is because I had felt hurt in previous relationships in which I was disappointed in the guys. I don't hate guys and I do have good male friends. I know there are good guys out there, but I just can't make myself behave the 'right way', that is being friendly to the guys(strangers) in social situation. And I also don't see the guys that I meet as potential dates/husbands/white knight/protector etc anymore. They are just another guy. I know that in the past, guys got crazy about me because I was crazy about them. With my current attitude, I am destined to spinsterhood. Please help.

I've finally confessed my feelings to my best guy friend. At first, he just said Sorry && I hope you're not mad. But now....he's like extremely awkwardly nice. Also, I was absent from school, && he IMs me saying Heyy I missed you today. Then Two nights ago, he asked me what I would like for Valentines Day. And I asked him Why? && he says He's just wondering. && then last night....he IMs me && tells me how much he appreciates me being there for him when nobody was. && then he tells me how he'll never let me cry. && my friend likes him also. && he's always reassuring me that he doesn't like her. && I was telling him how one of his friends is starting to trust me. && he says oh. Well...Guess who I trust the most? && I said. Oh Really? Who? && he goes. YOU!!!! Now I'm like really confused. I don't know what to do anymore. I really love him. But I was about to move on...when he came back like this....What does this all mean??? I was really heartbroken.....but I really do love him....

My close friend meets girls and then with-in 1 week of knowing them they start dating then after about 2-4 weeks he breaks up with them even if nothing is wrong in the relationship.. and another thing there is this girl that he has liked for as long as i have known him but she only likes him as friends. She has told him already she only likes him as friends but i think he breaks up with these girls because of her thinkning maybe he will have a chance with her but she only uses cause she knows he likes her a lot..

so my question .....?
should i tell him to grow up and accept the fact that she doesn't like him in a gf/bf kind of way and is using him
and....
he needs to stop breaking up with these girls for no reason or just don't even start dating them in the first place...

I have not been on a date in almost 3 years and i don't know what to do.I am plus sized but not Gross.........i have been told i am quite pretty, but men do not ask me out.I have tried talking to them but no luck.I see others who are overweight and they have someone but why can't I?? My husband and his brother flies to Florida to visit my dad and my side of the family....While they were there my family decides to tell stories of things I did in my past (like 30 years ago) because they think its so funny.. So they tell stories of my wild days, my x-boyfriends, etc and telling all these things in front of my husbands brother.. Things that is none of his business.. Then after the visit the brother says to me..wow... your family told me all about your past and repeats everything back to me because he is so shocked and I am sure planning on going back and telling everyone the stuff he knows about me.... Frankly, I was ticked at my family because they did not have to say all that stuff in front of my brother in law.. My family said I am being too sensitive and it was stories and laughs to pass the time away. I feel I did not have to be the subject of it all. I just wondered how you would feel in the same situation... Am I being too sensitive?
