Have you had orgasms on your own from masturbating? If not, you need to practice touching yourself to see what you really like. You need to know what you like that gets you off to let your partner know how you like it. A way to get yourself off also, is to use a shower massager. Aim it at your you know what, and you'll have an orgasm in no time. The easiest way to have an orgasm with a partner, is for him to go down on you. You don't know what you're missing!

I've had the best orgasms, post-divorce, I never knew before when I used to be married. I learned how to communicate with my partner in a way I couldn't communicate with my ex. Communication is soooo important. Figure out what turns you on. Straight-forward vaginal sex doesn't usually produce a female orgasm. He or you have to stimulate your clitoris during activity. Try sex toys, talk dirty, fantasize, eat spicy curry and chocolate, try different positions, especially reverse cowgirl. The bedroom is not the place to be shy. You may not know what you need to orgasm because you've haven't spent enough time communicating with your husband.

Took me 10 years, two divorces and many partners to get my first orgasm... But let me tell ya, they're not what they're cracked up to be. Perhaps there are people who enjoy sex more, and other who enjoy it less - I seem to be the latter; I can take it or leave it. You could try and discuss it with your doctor, but my doctor couldn't offer me any helpful advice. There are plenty of other things to enjoy in life, don't feel like you must have orgasms to have a good relationship.

Yes, there are women who have problems
in this area. One way to overcome this is
to attend marriage counseling as it deals
with sex and the mechanics of sexual
intercourse. I'm going to lay the blame
mostly on the male. He usually is just too
juvenile or self serving in his love making.
Couples spend lots of time on jobs/home/
kids and spend very little time on what they
need most.

You really don't know what your missing, my husband doesn't have a track record in getting me to have an orgasm, probably every blue moon, I guess thats really when I reminisce on my single life? So when you find the answers to what your asking please let me know I'm still trying to deal with my dry sex life.

I'm not married, but yeah....not everyone orgasms...Sex isn't always amazing, but if you and your husband love each other you should still get some enjoyment from it....even if you dont orgasm.
