i want to do something special with my bf on our one year but im 13 and everyone at skool is hinting sex. but im totaly not ready for that and both our parents work in labor and delivery at the Hospital. how can i show him that i love him with out sexual contact?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years, ever since we were in 8th grade, now we are in 11th. Don't have sex with him, save it. It will be more special for you and him. For mine and my boyfriends 1 year I started making a memory book for him. He loves it. I put pictures of us, movie stubs, song lyrics and just practicly whatever we do in there. Every anniversary I add more things in there from what happened the past year.
I also made him a card and just told him my feelings towards him. Not alot of boys like stuffed animals, but I got him 2 stuffed bears that have their arm around each other, holding a heart that says I Love You. I wasn't expecting him to really like it, but he did. He has it sitting right beside his bed.

I don't even think it is a good idea to have a steady boyfriend (exclusive relationship) at your age and I KNOW sex would be a bad idea. I started having sex at 17 and it was years later before I realized that I should have waited a lot longer! I just wasn't ready and I did it for all the wrong reasons. I hope you do better than I did.
I'm very glad you are not falling prey to the peer pressure you get at school. Good for you! You should be very proud of yourself.
If you must be in an exclusive and romantic relationship (neither of which I recommend) then give the boy something you made yourself. Hopefully he will appreciate that more than something materialistic.

How about a simple hug and kiss. Get him a key chain, CD, or something else sweet to remember you by. Something simple and sweet. You are very wise to have thought the sex thing through and not jumped on that band wagon. You should be very proud of yourself!!

I can't believe your friends are suggesting sex at your age. That's plain crazy. Thank God you realize you aren't ready for that. Your boyfriend isn't ready for that either! I say just tell him how special this past year together has been for you and give him a lock of your hair.

welll everyone thinks that you are going ot make a move and i bet he does to. so just be yourself and get him a nice present and go to the movies. just act natural around him and do something that you would normaly do. or you could go on a double date with him and some friends so that it woulndt be aquired around both of you. just becuase you have gone out with him for a year doesnt mean you need to start speeding things up. just start by holding hands. small things like that dont go straight for sex lol

Go somewhere where you two can talk and have fun, ice-skating, or a quite place where it's nice(or has a nice view) to kick back and talk/cuddle. Then when the time is right, just kiss him or start making-out if you want. And just make sure it doesn't lead to sex. Be careful though because you never know when you can fall into temptation.

First of all, you are way too early to have sex. And second, sexual contact is not the only way to express your love to him. Try writing poems, or buy him a little gift. Anyway, my point is..DONT DO IT. But hey, that's just MY opinion..take it or leave.

Hmmm... I would not have sex. You are only thirteen as you said, and without parental consent it would be pretty messy. I would say, do something really nice. Make him breakfast in bed, or go to a really great restaurant! Or you can do something like call him at midnight on your guys' anniversary!

I would say just tell him how much he means to you!
Write him a poem or a song,
maybe make him a CD of all the songs that make you think of him
Or jsut kiss him a whole lot
