okay here is what my problem is. i met this guy, and we have talked since before christmas. then we stopped for a while, then started again. before we stopped, we really connected... and now its bascially small talk. and he told me he wasn't mad at me for not talking to him, but i don't know if i should believe him. i really like him, but if he is mad, how do i fix it? HELP!!!!

Theres this guy whom I work with and he just smiles..I mean smiles non -stop.. he just cannot can't stop smiling/blushing while he talks to me,, and I asked him why was he smiling/laughing so much..he told me was beacause of the faces I make they're so cute...plus he asked me to work out with him sometime...does he like me.well actually he said that the next time he goes to work out he would call me.. Is he that into me..even though he hasn't asked me out yet..

When going to 8th period me and my friend Fallon were talking about how Carson grabbed my purse and hid it to joke around with me.Joseph looked in my purse to see who's it was and I'm not sure what he saw.I got so embarrassed because I was on my period and I had pads in my purse.And then Fallon asked me "what did you have in your purse?" I said pads.And she laughed around because I'm 14 and shes 13 and she hasn't started yet.When we got to our 8th period class.She was joking around to Ana about what happened.And a guy named John overheard it and is probably going to tell everyone.This IS NOT a joke.Please help me!

would you date a liar? I am seeing this girl and Its difficult for her to say the truth at any given occasion. and in a funny way , it has turned me into some kind of detective. I resent the fact that i have to dig 3 miles into the ground to get the truth instead of getting it straight from her. but that seems the only choice I have. So to put it simply. I don't trust her. That brings me to the second question; would you date somebody you don't trust? OK nobody is perfect. but is not-telling-the-truth one of the imperfections we have to put up with?

Ok, Here it goes. I have been friends with this girl for about 3 years, and were like BEST friends, but one day this guy asked her out. hes one of my best friends and she KNEW I LIKED HIM. okay i have been with my boyfriend for a few months. and his ex-girlfriend is seriously like OBBSESSED with him!! on her myspace she says
"I love him and he loves me back!!"
ugghhhh and even though she goes to a differant school she sees him every sunday at church. she tried to watch him undress! and she has been obbsessed with him sence july-which was when they broke up. and she will never give up on him. she actaully thinks he will go back to her.
i have talked to my bf about this and he actually hates her. like
-would have a party if she died-kind of hate. so i know that he wont go back to her but she like stalks him and wont leave him alone and calls him 15 times a day and emails me saying

ur so lucky to be with him! he was the best bf ever!

and i dont know what to say because i dont want to be rude...but i guess there isnt a way to say "SCREW YOU" nicely now is there?
she even made out with a guy trying to make my bf jealous. which of course did not work.

I'm just kind of bummed out and not sure what to do next. A few months ago, I went out with my best friend and she hooked me up with her cousin. Not normally something I do, but it had been a really long time since I was with someone. And I pretty much knew then it was just a one time thing, but I was okay with it. We're both adults, and we took the necessary precautions. Anyhow, ran into him again on New Years, and he wanted to hook up again, but I told him no. He called last weekend and apologized for his behaviour on New Years and said he wanted to take me to dinner. I was busy and said it would have to wait, but we talked every day and I seriously thought it was going somewhere. He came over the other night, and it happened again. I haven't heard from him since. Now, I'm hurt, angry and feeling pretty stupid. I just feel like if that's all he wanted, he shouldn't have spent so much time acting like he wanted to get to know me. And my friend hasn't even said a word.

My ex was my first everything and it's so hard to move on i cant trust any guy with my heart because of the way he treated me. And it's so sad because very nice and responsible guy wants be to be more than a friend but it hurts to much cuz im afraid he may treat me the same way. i had my very first boyfriend when i was 16 so i was very late in comparison to everyone else. at first it was okay but he would call me and i refused to call him and he would get mad at me. when we would go out he would bring his cousins and his other family members and ignore me, he wouldn't sit next to me or even acknowledge my presence. other times i was with him and his family he would allow his guy cousin make fun of me. after a while he said that i need to ditch my best friend because she was weird and that i needed to stop being so "white" when I said no he would tell that “I never had a boyfriend before and that he’s only trying to teach me how to be a good girlfriend, Also he said i was spending to much time with one of my guy friends, that was only becuz he would always cancel on me at the last min. well when he convinced me that sleeping together would be in our best interest we tried it and I hated it and when i told him, his reaction was to yell at me and say it was my fault. Hardly a day later and he broke up with me. But he kept calling me so he could ask me stupid questions and try and convince me that we should “hook up” again not in a relationship but as “bed buddies” when I made it clear to him that it wasn’t going to happen he got mad and yelled at me and said the most hurtful thing to me “that I was only a little girl because I could take his [you know what].” He treated me badly and I cant get over it, I still cry sometimes. How can I get over him if im afraid to move on with someone else?

Let me try to summarize. I seem completely unable to bridge the gap between people I know in a class or see from time to time, to becoming people who are my friends/girlfriends. I moved to a new college back in Fall of '06 and now I am friends with as many people now as I was the day I got here. Most people I have met don’t have the same interests as I do and just focus their free time on drinking, clubbing or other events that I’m not a part of. I don’t want to INVITE myself into their groups, and they really aren’t the type of people I want to hang out with. But there are some people I would like to get to know better but don’t know how to approach that. I feel like asking them to hang out or go on a date would be totally blindsiding them, and they already have friends and a life. I know some people will say "Just get over it and do something" but its not that easy. Its like I’ve got a psychological block on taking that next step. And I will assure you that I’m a normal guy, not creepy or weird so that people wouldn’t want to hang out
