I like this guy I work with. Hes funny, attractive, smart, we can talk for hours. Problem hes 18 and I am 20 and im not sure if he likes me. He'll stand very close to me when we talk, his face very close to mine and i noticed hes not like this with anyone else. Hes shy but will look me in the eyes when he talks to me. Does he maybe like me?

Just be up front. He may feel intimidated by your age. If you make the first move it could remove some of the fear. Ask him to a movie. . Meet him at the movie instead of picking each other up. Pay for your own ticket and food. If it were me I'd say " Let's go to a movie and see where it takes us?".

You are the one that can tell if he like's you. Read the signals, If your still not sure maybe ask him out for dinner and see his response, You need to take the first step if he is shy... Good Luck.

I bet. The only reason he's probably afraid to make the first move is because you're two years older than him. I'd say go for him.
