Unsure about this. Previous family weddings paid for by us, parents there was no limit on guests. This daughter wants no more that 80 at meal as her partner has a very small number coming. It is the trend here to send invites out in batches as in if you receive regrets a few weeks later send to others. I personally feel people know they are obviously 2nd choice Lots of cousins are on our lists but only 1 is in a relationship. At my last daughter's wedding they replied saying they were coming on their own. These are my husband's sisters families whom I get on with but not the same as your own siblings. Would it be rude to
explain beforehand saying if they wished to bring a guest they were more than welcome but because of numbers this time I felt it would be a bit late when their replies were received to send invites out? We are talking over 20 people here so it would mean about 10 couples we would have liked to have been invited from the beginning It's akward with limited nos.

If you get married in a state that allows gay marriage but afterwards you move to another state where it is illegal, does that mean that you have to divorce?

I have a friend who has been with a guy for about 3 years now. The first 6 months of their relationship right after they met was just a hookup. They didn't go out on dates, talked/emailed once or twice a week, and hooked up once a week or so. Now, they are in a serious, committed, relationship. They just fell in love. They both did what they needed but realized they now only want to be with eachother. I am very happy for them, but our other friends talk crap about their relationship. Anyone else had an experience like this, since many think it can't happen?

that everytime she spent the night at my house my brother al;ways tired to get her to come to his room. he was 14 and we were 11 and he made her lay down naked and he told her she had something he needed and was going to give her something special in return she said he layed on her and stuck a large pole in her body for a while and made her leak white stuff after they were done? could it be true?
i have noticed they spend time while i am playing by myself because she says he has something to give him but she didn't want to and he will take our bikes and give them to the kids at school?

OK, let me first state that my girlfriend has Bi Polar, I am only stating this because I have heard and I'd like to see from some other people if they know it true or not, that sometimes.. a person with bi polar suffer from "mania" for several weeks to months, making them not act like themselves and make un-wise decisions..

Now I will tell you what is going on, recently my girlfriend's brother has came to live with her, and her mother. Her brother has been into heavy drugs, and has been telling my gf how cool they are and that she ought to try them out, thankfully she still her self a bit and have said No, im good.. However.. now ever since her brother and his friends who are complete losers come to the house, they have been influencing her, she acts like a totally different person around them, it somewhat makes me mad that she cannot just be herself. Ontop of that, I am not saying ganja is horrible, however she is now mentally addicted to it.. wants it every single day.

Plain and simple as that. Problem is every time I find someone that I have an interest in I come out of it with nothing but feeling worse than before. She's in a couple of my college classes and I say something to her usually every day just to get a laugh really cuz that's all I really got going for me in the conversation department. haha. I never really get it out right when I'm interested in someone. It always becomes a disaster and just ends up in me being the guy friend or telling me o you're a nice guy. Yeah well you know how that saying goes. Basically, I'm a flop with this. I got stood up a couple years ago for junior prom. She wanted to go with me but then changed her mind pretty close to it and left me hanging. So yeah, you can see where I'm coming from on this.

She didn't even say hello to me she just very nastly said what is the matter with you people, why don't you ever answer your phones. Any advice as to how to hanlde this?

We had a baby 8 months ago and I desperately wanted to stay home w/ her but our finances would not allow it. I am ok most of the time but every once in a while I get really upset and throw it in my Husbands face that he does not make enough money. I feel awful about it b/c I know he wants to do better for us. How can I make this stop????

My husband and I have been married for three years and he has and always has had a high sex drive whereas mine is very low and pretty much always has. When we make love it is wonderful and he knows how to please me the only thing is I wish I had a bigger desire to just do it! Once we start I'm fine its just getting me to really want it. We do tons of foreplay and like I say he pleases me I just have no desire to have sex and would rather sleep because I've been up with the baby all night. My husband still is very attractive to me so that is not an issue and Like I say its always been like this but I really want to change it. Any suggestions on how to raise my libido?

My mother in law has a phobia with bathrooms. She is deafly afraid to go into the bathroom by herself. Last weekend she was visiting my husband and I. We had to leave out for a couple of hours to do some shopping for the kids. When I got back home and walked into my kitchen, the smell was out of this world. There was doo doo plops and traces of urine in my kitchen sink!! I was mortified. She had even used my dish cloth to wipe her stankin butt!!
When I asked her what in the world was she thinking, she said that she really had to use the bathroom but couldn't hold it in any longer. Since she is afraid of the bathroom she thought that it would be ok with my husband and I if she used our kitchen sink as the toilet!! I was heated!
My husband didn't think that it was a big deal. He just said that we shouldn't leave her alone for such a long period of time. Why should it be ok for mother in law to use my kitchen sink as a toilet??

I am engaged to a wonderful guy and we're getting married this fall. However, when we first started dating, he had just been dumped by a girl he loved very much bc she wanted another guy and had been cheating. A month and a half into it, he put things on hold for awhile to check and see if he still had feelings for her. I was devastated. She contacted him, wanting to meet and when they did, she proceeded to re-tell him in detail how she cheated on him and they got in a huge argument and that was that. She just wanted to manipulate him. We have been together ever since, over a year now, and we are very happy and I trust him 100%. Recently, the ex felt the need to email me and remind me that I was his "second choice" but that he did love me now. Now it is all I think about, and I feel really crappy bc I really was his second choice. If she had been nice to him when they met, he probably wouldve chosen her over me bc she held his past and he loved her so much. How can I get over this?

Based on what I have learned about marriage from being a comedian (making marriage jokes and taking to people after shows) and just my general interest in the husband/wife interaction, I have been writing a book on the subject. The question is will it get shot down because I have no formal training?
