That's definately a good question. You could just ask him if he wants to go out for coffee after work one day and see how he reacts. If things go well, then it's possible he likes you for more than a friend too

I hope you decide to not tell your co-worker that you like him more than a friend. Besides, he probably already feels the same way. Dating a co-worker is a potential problem for obvious reasons and if things don't work out you'll no longer look forward to seeing the other person each day at the workplace. Do yourself a favor and keep enjoying him at the workplace. He'll make a great friend that will share the 'male perspective' with you. Why would you kiss that kind of resource goodbye?! Good Luck

By just telling them. Ask them out. BUT remember that work place relationships can cause a whole mess of trouble. Can you two still work together if you stop seeing each other... would it cause problems for you. Not always a good idea, but does work sometimes.

well if theirs flirting then they know somethings up.. ask then out on a date but make sure they are single.. other wise it can get ugly later on.. so just invite then for a night of drinks after work or a night of dancing on the weekend or the classics.. movie and a dinner..

Ask him out for coffee or lunch. If that doesn't work and you really want to shock him, walk up to him and place your hand on his crotch, that will give him the sign where there can be no mistake.
