My boyfriends bday is coming up. I have two ideas and was wondering which one most guys would want. The first is a new watch, my boyfriend currently has one watch that is broke and he is looking to buy a new one, a nice dressier one for work. My other idea is planning a trip to vegas...my family lives out there and we can stay at there house for a few days and at a hotel for the other. It would be a 4 day vacation. He really wants to go there sometime this year. Which one would you rather get?

I was talking to a friend, and we got on a topic that discussed something semi-sexual in nature. She started telling me about the experience of her boyfriend fingering her, and she said she had 10 orgasms, and it felt so good. Why the heck did she tell me all of this? I could care less!

One of my co workers just told me that his girlfriends mother is coming to visit for a month. He says that he is making up "No smoking here" signs to put up in different areas of the house because the last time she visited she smoked and he didn't appreciate it. I asked him why doesn't he just tell her not to smoke in his house since neither him nor his girlfriend are smokers. He says that he doesn't want to be rude or make her feel uncomfortable so hes just going to put up the signs. Would you put up a bunch of crazy "no smoking" signs in your house or would you just tell people what they can or cannot do while they are visiting?

Our wedding is set for August 1, 2007. We're having a small intimate wedding with approximately 75 guests. How do I let our guests know about our registries?

I have read you shouldn't put it in the wedding invitation, but is it okay to include our registry locations along with our "save the date" cards we are sending out?

I know the answer but am unable to act.I am in a long term rely.,and love her, immensely, but not romanticly anymore. She has not been very sexual towards me at all in at least a year (conservative). I love sex and the female form so that major part of the rely. has made me want be out there single again. She really could take or leave sex and probably would prefer to leave it (at least indifferent). We were much more physical before and in retrospect that was just for me.I feel like we are room mates now. We have been together almost ten years, and she is definitely my best friend.I have hinted that we are growing apart and I want to be single, but she freaks.I almost want to martyr myself to avoid hurting her,but I wont. I want out, and hopefully remain friends.I just know she will be a wreck, and I hate the thought. But my life is the only one I get.I wish there was an easy way. I daydreamed about hiring a hot guy to get her to cheat, but neither of us is that type.Help?

My boyfriend and I recently started living together. I suspected something was wrong before I found some misc. items around the house that I know he uses to smoke crack. He stopped making love to me, talking to me, doing things with me. I confronted him he acted like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. And it's gotten much worst. He is like a different person now, he comes home work goes straight into the bathroom and stays in there all night smoking and doesn't come to bed until anywhere from 12am to 3am - and he has to get up for work at 3:45am. He's started going into work late, calling in - and when I tried talking to him again he got defensive but admitted that he knew it was getting out of hand and would do better. But, it's gotten worst. . I want to help him but he's in denial about how bad it is and doesn't think he needs help & I'm getting bitter and resentful and don't want to be with him- you can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved am I right?

Why is it when you tell some guys that you want to break up, they try to make you feel guilty and wrong for "talking such foolishness" (mind you, they did nothing to try and save the relationship), then just when you think it might be worth another try, they want to break up with you and pretend like it was THEIR idea in the first place, and all the do's/dont's that applied to you, suddenly dissappear for them?

I literally had to isolate myself because this guy wanted me all to himself. He considers himself "old-fashioned" To me, he's just barbaric, but I went along with it because I loved him. Now, after all I've been put through, he want's to move on... and quickly!

I agree that this is unhealthy for the both of us, but why couldn't it have happened when I said so?

It sounds like H.S drama, but this man is actually 27 y/o! Does anyone have a clue as to why this happens? I am 23, btw.

Your responses are appreciated. Thanx!

Going through tough breakup. As difficult as things were, we were able to work through and agree on a mutual beneficial parenting plan. Only had to have lawyers review but appeared to be formality.

Now somehow, parenting plan is not ok anymore, finanicial negotiations havent even commenced yet, and my wife and me are deteriorating further day by day. Each taking hard stance as per lawyers instructions, and everything seems to be going to the shitter...No trust anymore, both walking on eggshelss at home all the time, etc etc.

We both agreed on prenting plan, we both agreed to split all the belongings and bank accounts up, only need to work on home and one other issue.

But ever since lawyers were introduced to the situation, emotionally and future friendship has taken major toll.

All advice we get from lawyers are almost designed to cause conflict and pain.....

Theres a guy I didnt get into a relationship awhile ago because I had trust issues. (Not with him, just with guys in general.) Now I feel like I made the mistake of my life. I learned through a friend hes dating someone. Question, fight for what I want or leave it to fate and if we're meant to be it will happen?

A friend of mine told me we should just be friends a month ago. Anyway, we went dancing in the same group. I danced all night with about ten different women. A friend of mine then said her eyes were following me around on the floor, and she seemed jealous. I only danced with her twice, and she jumped in front of someone else I had asked to take a dance. Was she jealous or something? If so, why??

I don’t usually do this but ever since I started reading Yahoo Answers, there’s been some pretty interesting questions answered by interesting people with different opinions. And it made me wonder how you guys will react to my situation and what advice can you give me. I’m not good in writing nor English so please bear with me, but here goes my story………

I’m 25 yrs. old and I just had a healthy and beautiful son. I live with my boyfriend and all seems to be ok between us. We don’t fight often and we always come to understanding and compromise each other. I trust him so much with all my heart and I feel like I’m the luckiest girl there is because he treats me with respect and he is a good guy. Until I found out that he had a Yahoo personal. I confronted him about this and he denied sending messages to girls online and exchanging flirtatious emails with them. I asked him when he had created his profile and he told me that he had it a little bit before he met me. Then I started to doubt him, I was able to get his password and I logged on to his yahoo personal account . I didn’t mean to invade his privacy, I just wanted to see if my hunches were true. And so it was, he had been sending ice breakers to all the girls he think is cute and been sending messages how he would like to meet up with them and stuff like that. And he has been exchanging a couple of emails from this girl and he seems kind of flirting with her. He makes it sound like he is single and doesn’t have a girlfriend who loves him so much and a beautiful son who we just had 3 months ago. And what mad me feel betrayed is that he subscribed to Y’Personal a few days after our son was born! I was frustrated and hurt and betrayed and confused why he did it. And it all made sense to me now how we talked about how we feel after our son was born and he told me that he was confused about everything. I tried to talk to him but he wouldn’t let out all his feelings. Now I know why he had said that he was confused because he was in contact with somebody online and he was probably trying to see if there might something more to it and lead to something else. But when I confronted him about it a few months later (before I knew his password) I asked him to stop logging on to it anymore since he doesn’t need it anymore. And so he did, but all those times he didn’t change neither his attitude towards me nor how he treats me. So little I know that he was doing something else behind my back. He has been doing this for the whole year since he signed up for it and he was already with me although he denies and said he had it before me. But now I know the whole truth and what he was hiding from me. I don’t know if it was just an act for him because he told me that those kind of sites aren’t real although I explained to him that if you subscribed to it, you are serious in meeting someone or you wouldn’t waste your money on it. But he already did!! And now I’m keeping this in me and I cant confront him because I don’t want him to get mad that I invaded his privacy. I fully trusted him but now half of it is gone because he made me believe in his lies. And what makes it difficult for us to stay apart is that we have nothing to argue about and we don’t fight at all!!!! And of course, I love him for how he is and for being a good father to our son. Do you think I should just let it go and give him a chance? He hasn’t told me he loves me out loud and we’ve been together for 2 years now. Although he writes it in his card for me, but should I start opening up the topic about it too? I’m just confused right now, or maybe I’ m just worried over nothing. What do you think?

if a woman acts and talks and plays up the role traditionally thought of as MAN , like a strong willed alpha - will that pull for the man to move into a more submissive role unless he amps up his alpha role?

or if a man acts like a wussy or feminine - does that drive the female to act more manly and pull her into a more masculine alpha role?

in other words:

Girls? does a macho he man bring out the "girl" role in you?

Guys? does a really feimine girly woman bring out the strong macho role in you?

Can two same types exist in each others company or not? And what is it like for you when a member of the opposite sex is acting like the same sex as you?
