That's the one thing (well, one of them) over which you have absolutely no control over. If your wife doesn't want to do the Kegel exercises... well, that's pretty much the end of it.
I, however, think smart women should give the exercises a try so when time comes to deliver the baby everything can go a little smoother.
Good luck!

Casually flip through a magazine in her presence that you know has an article related to this subject and bring it up for discussion in a non-judgemental way. If you want to affect positive change, you have to ensure that she feels comfortable, accepted, and loved. You want to ensure she doesn't react defensively or construe your suggestion as being criticism. You don't want her to feel that she's not adequate or unable to please you so pick your words carefully. Something to the effect of .....you know that I love it when we make love but according to this article kegel exercises offer several benefits for a woman such as staving off bladder control issues later in life and.... Get the picture?! Good Luck (Mr. Tactful).

Ask her? Seriously.. I don't see what the problem would be to simply inform her what Kegels are all about.. I'm sure she'd be more than happy to try them for a while...
For those of you who don't know, Kegels are excercises a woman (or man) can do to improve the strength of their orgasms.

Here's a site with useful information. Read all the way through for ideas. Most women don't do these right.

Simply explain it to her. It might help to have other women share their experiences with her as well. It does help so much during the pushing in child birth. Your wife and her body will benefit from this as well as heal her quicker. Thank you and good luck.

Tell her to sit in her chair at work and do them. Sit at red lights and do them. Knowing that they build stronger muscles down there and how much you'll benefit and keep coming back for more should make her want to do them.
