For some reason since i was young i've always been so sensitive to what people say to me. Like my older brother and sister used to be really mean to me when i was younger calling me fat and ugly and ganging up on me, etc. now im 18, and if my family says something jokingly insulting to me i get really upset and angry . i've always been like this too since i was a little kid..like for instance this girl and her friend in 5th grade called me a freak and i started cyring. i take everything to heart and i try not to but i cant stop things from hurting my feelings. why do i suck so much at life? lol

Four years ago I met a guy. I was engaged to someone else but never told him. He was very interested in me, we never had sex, kissed, or even held hands but I was crazy about him. I was too afraid to call off my wedding for fear that it was just cold feet that was causing me to feel this way. He and I continued talking after I got married and finally I came clean about the situation. (he had moved to Texas over this time period, I live in Ohio. but we continued to talk on the phone, etc. Then I found out I was pregnant and JIm and I continued to talk as friends of course until one day he told me he had met someone and that they had really hit it off and that he had told her about me and that she didn't think that he and I should talk anymore. I agreed. Well its been two and a half years since then, I've gotten a divorce, and made a lot of changes to better my life & I would love to talk to him again. Would it be inappropriate for me to contact him or would that just cause problems?

My mother-in-law and I get along just fine. When we found out that we were expecting we broke the news to her. She was happy and excited that she's having a granchild. A few nights ago my husband worked the night shift and she came over she was in the kitchen and I was in the bedroom then out of no where she blurts out "if you and my son were to split up you know he wouldn't let you take the baby." This kinda threw me off as it was so random. We haven't been married very long so our relationship is great. This made me very very uneasy and lingered in my mind for a few days. Last night I couldn't hold it in much longer and I decided to tell him husband what she said and he was suprised that she would even say something like that. This morning I came to work and I guess he talked to her about that (it must have bothered him more than it did me). A few minutes ago, she called my cell phone and left a message saying that I shouldn't tell him what we talk about and that I'm two-faced! Help!

My long-distance boyfriend of 3 years has told me last night that he cannot continue this way anymore. He seems quite upset with our long-distance situation and he wants us to change it. We see each other once a month. He has been pretty upset about his job as he hasn't got promoted as he'd hoped for and since then he has been telling me he needs me to be closer to him and not far. He sent me an email today and he explained to me all the options we have and he said he'd be happy if I could be closer to him. He asked me what I think about it. I said I agree and I said I was glad he has raised the topic and I gave him my options and we both agreed to a common goal. However, one thing I dont like is that he gave us a deadline of 6 months as he said that otherwise nothing will change if we dont put some pressure on us. He said if nothing will change within the next 6 months, he wont be able to continue this way anymore. He was very logical and practical about it tonight. What do you think?

2 wks ago my gf went back to sweden for a short stay. Before she left she asked me to take her to the airport. i agreed. on the day of departure we were supposed to meet before she left, then i would take her to the airport later that evening. That morning she leaves me a message saying that family memebers would take her to the airport and she could not meet me and would call me when she got back. I was upset so i tx her a message saying "don't call me any more"! right after i realized my mistake. i tx an apology.. 2 wks have gone by and she should be back. i have not heard from her and she won't take my calls "it goes to voice mail after 4 rings. i am truly sorry for what i text to her that morning and i did apologize. what do i do? How long do i wait? How can i get ahold of her without looking like a crazed stalker? (she came back sat so it hasn't been that long yet)

well my roomie bailed on the rent and i moved back home, i went to rent.com and posted a profile about wanting to rent a room in my area, a girl contaced me needing a roomate cuz her bailed too. she seems really smart not wanting to meet at her apartment and she is interviewing others as well, she wants to meet at a public place. so im wondering what you think about moving in with somone you dont really know.

I recently lost my fiance. He was murdered a month ago. When I flew back home to my family I took a few of his belongings like his clothes and shoes stuff like that. I know he is dead and I can't wear men clothes. But keeping his things with me keeps me close to him. I still love him like he is still alive. But his sister called demanding for his stuff. I don't want to give it up. I mean I can't. I'm not ready to give it up. She thinks that I am going to have a new boyfriend n let the new boyfriend wear it. I respect my finace too much to do that. I mean I know I can have a new boyfriend now that he is gone. But I dont want to have a boyfriend I don't care about a new man. I still love my deceased fiance. Now she is mad and I'm hurt. I don't kno why was I crying for when this isn't a big deal. Should I give up his things when I am really not ready to let go of his things or just ignore her call? Becuz she is demanding for his things even tho I told her I dont want to let go of it.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. In the beginning we were so good but had our break ups that lasted 2 days or so. We had so many wonderful times together but then we started to fight once August came. I was leaving for college in August but things were still good. He quit his job in October and then things really started to go down the drain. I overreacted at little things and he was very crabby just from sitting around all day doing nothing. The big problem of him drinking on Friday nights with his 2 best friends whom he hangs out with all the time and 3 girls that are basically guys too came into the picture. We had breaks where we've stayed together that started duringxmas to now but last thurs was the day he broke up with me over a stupid fight. I know he still loves me cuz he couldnt tell me he didn't. I gave him his necklace back and he said nothing is ever final. He said he's just fed up wit the fights and can't stand me. I luv him but will he come back 2 me?

I've been friends with this guy since school started and we've talked a little bit here and there. However, this past weekend we were talking online and he said that he wanted to see me later that night, and after going to a few parties, I gave him a call pretty late and we hung out. We talked for most of the time, but when I left, he kissed me.

We've talked a little bit since then, and I'd like to see where this can go, but how should I handle this situation?
What should I do to keep this guy interested?

Everytime we make eye contact with eachother, she smiles, and when we are talking, I notice her smiling all the time.When she is sitting, her body is facing me, but that could be just because she has to sit that way because she is directly behind me. We don't really stand when we talk because we are walking to our classes when she are standing. She doesn't play with her hair, and she really doesn't touch me either. At the end of last year, she did poke me in the arm a lot. She keeps saying I have to go to this one thing that she goes to. We are only in one class together and she is behind me, so I can't see if she is staring at me or not. I think of her as the shy type, but when she is around her friends that are girls, she is really talkative, and I'm not friends with her friends that are girls, so I can't ask them anything without suspicion. She gave me her cell number. Does she like me?Also, what signs are there that I didn't mention in my description,and how do I trigger the signs?
