I was 15 when i got my first kiss.. Both normal and french. It was also my first and only relationship. And i'm still with her.

I was certainly older than 13 - I would have been either 14 or 15...

Hehe... you shouldn't feel so bad about not kissing a guy yet. I'm almost... well, older than you, and I haven't dated a guy or been kissed. You're time will come (or so I'm told).
