If a sister dating a guy and the guy gets you pregant and then get the sister's sister pregant (and sisters both brake up with him!!) But when both sister's have the baby will the babies be cousins or sister/brother?

"Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka" = heavily one you should guage. i does no longer recommend it to many human beings (for that similar reason that i'm recommending it right here, for sure). there is also somewhat that sub-plot in "Love Hina lower back" yet truly recommend you spot Love Hina first.
