Tell him to knock it off. If he persists, then tell your sister. Also try to make sure that you are not in the room with him alone.

Tell the loser to back off! You only thirteen for pete's sake. If he's aiming at a girl younger than himself that means he ain't getting anything out of his own relationship with your sister, or he's a pedaphile! (u never know) If that doesn't work tell, your sister!
