First thing that comes into a guys mind are the physical appearances, but we already know that, you can lose weight or gain weight through time, so fat or skinny shouldn't make much of a difference.
We guys also know that, appearances are just an outside cover.
The second thing that will hit his mind is whether she has a nice personality or not.
Now I know alot of guys and myself would say, "I'd go for personality first", but really in common sense terms, we can only go for that, once we know them.
Now the question is, how do we know them, how or who gets our attention?
Every guy has a different taste, they wont always be the same.
So to answer you:
It depends on the guy them self and what they are into. :)

Skinny girl, it's a lock- it's healthier and looks better- i dont have anything against fat girls but i bet there are a bunch of them that want to be skinny and i'm pretty sure skinny girls aren't daydreaming of one day owning their own fat body--- it sucks that looks are the first thing you notice but personality is the only thing that will keep you around- and personality is different for every dude, so thats just luck

first: maybe the skinny girl. unless she is super skinny. a girl needs a little meat on her bones. but if she cant keep up her end of the conversation then it doesnt matter.
second: personality definately. i also like nice eyes and smile so looks a little but without personality shes not worth talking to.

skinny girl. personality. skinny girl because that looks good even if she is not a beauty queen. personality because I want her to have a brain so we can talk and connect. BTW I think all women and men can be beautiful if they take out the time and work on it excercse and so on
