Everytime we make eye contact with eachother, she smiles, and when we are talking, I notice her smiling all the time.When she is sitting, her body is facing me, but that could be just because she has to sit that way because she is directly behind me. We don't really stand when we talk because we are walking to our classes when she are standing. She doesn't play with her hair, and she really doesn't touch me either. At the end of last year, she did poke me in the arm a lot. She keeps saying I have to go to this one thing that she goes to. We are only in one class together and she is behind me, so I can't see if she is staring at me or not. I think of her as the shy type, but when she is around her friends that are girls, she is really talkative, and I'm not friends with her friends that are girls, so I can't ask them anything without suspicion. She gave me her cell number. Does she like me?Also, what signs are there that I didn't mention in my description,and how do I trigger the signs?

mabey she does but then have you asked her out be direct and she might be you g/f if you keep being shy you won't find out she might like you as a friend just ask and find out

Wow! Stop analyzing so much and get to know this girl better to see if the feeling is mutual. From what it sounds right now you are only basing this possible strong like at your end on very limited conversation and lots of what you see physically. Not anything wrong with that...but you have a few great opportunities to get to know this girl on a deeper level...she gave you her cell - call her! She hinted that you should go to this thing she goes to - go! See where it leads, it is truly the only way to see if there is something there!

It is much much hard to get the conclusion about how she really think about you unless you ask her. However it seems like it is kind of too early to ask that, so you can talk to her more till you can ask her out eat as a good friend. And I don't think she does not hate you or having bad feeling about you, so try to know her and let her know you more.
