My wealthy, recently widowed, godmother has no children & is sole heir to millions of dollars. My parents, who have had nothing to do with her for about 10 years, have become her best friend, catering to her every need. My father even started going to church with her even though he hasn't set foot in a church for 30 years.

If that isn't disgusting enough, my parents are afraid I might get part of the inheritance and have started telling my godmother outrageous lies about me, all negative & designed to draw a wedge between she and I. Unfortunately its worked and my godmother will no longer speak to me or take my calls.

My husband and I are well off & don't care about the money. We've got all that we need and then some. The things my parents have said about me so hurtful. When I couldn't reason with them I felt I had no choice but to cut ties to spare more hurt.

It hurts and its hard to believe my own parents would stoop so low! Did I do the right thing

I seem to always fall deeply in love with girls i date but they usually end the relationship anyways. How can i stop myself from doing this? I think its called limerence. I really just want a girl to love me like i love her and basicly just want somebody to love. very much. She's been single for 3 years, had two very insignificant b/fs in high school that didn't even last a month. The problem? She's so shy. And when there is a guy she likes, she's either met him off the Internet or is so nervous with him in person that she finds it hard to say a word to him. I want to help her be happy. What kind of advice should I give her to help her date? Are there places I should take her .... she's 20, btw, so bars and things are probablty out of the question (she probably wouldn't go to those anyway). I have no idea what to say because I've never been shy and I have no trouble getting dates. She's extremely nice and everyone likes her and such but usually the guys she likes ends up just leading her on or do something stupid. She's now wanting to find Christian guys but I have no clue on where she should go (church is not an option because she works at a church on Sundays) Any ideas?

I didn't want to tell her that I loved her until it was right, and it felt right to me, I guess I was moving a little fast because a few days after that she told me that she was scared by that because someone told her that before then he played her and she was scared that I would do that too. Re my earlier statement about my wife dumping me after a year for those who surmised that I am a dirty old man and a gold digger! It happened many many years ago when I was also a young man and I had no knowledge of her inheritance nor any desire once I learned of it to chase her for any part of it! I have stayed away from Women ever since. For those that didn't see it my wife needed a husband for a year to get her hands on her inheritance which she otherwise had no access to until she was 25 years old. Once the year was up she was gone.

All the girls at my school that I am attracted to are always hanging out and talking to alot of guys. Ok I really love my boyfriend we went together when I was in the 9th grade, but he broke up with me after omly three months because he thought I was cheating on him(but I wasn't). my first kiss was when i was 15. all the time up to that point i had been saving myself to make it really special. looking back on it i regret not waiting untill i found somone i really loved. do u guys think the first kiss should be special? if only i could take it back cause, i mean he was a dam good kisser but i didnt even know his name. i dont think i would have even cared if i had my first at 18 or somthing cause now ive found somone i REALLY love i wanna do it w/ them not a randomer. i know having ure first kiss is really minor, but i randomly realised today (when i was making tea :weird: that i should have waited. anyway does anyone regret having there first kiss with a certain person e.g did u not know them, did u find out they were actually not the best looking, but in the dark they looked hot, did they nearly suffocate u by jamming their tongue down your thoat. just interested, cause i regret having mine all this time on. wierd how things just come to u....anywhos

It was my birthday on Friday and i'm going to a nightclub tomorrow with the only two friends i got. when you interact with people on here...does it ever occur to anyone that they may have met that person somewhere before...or even walked past them in the street at some point in their lives....we all touch lives in some way every day...or here and there...do you ever think about people whose lives have touched yours or whos lives you have touched...even just by being aware of them walking...a fleeting glance...a chance meeting...just anything...even without conscious realisation of the fact...pretty wow to think about isnt it???...

Couple walks along street, come across mud puddle, man gallantly removes coat and lays it across the puddle for her to safely cross without muddying her shoes. Hate it hate it hate it. Everytime I can smell cigarette smoke on him I get angry and sad. He has two small children as well and he tells me that he used to get so mad at his dad when his dad smoked (his dad is a nonsmoker now). He has tried to quit but never continues with it. He knows how I feel about it but doesn't change it.

I babysit for my aunt ALL THE TIME!!!! I am 13 years old and on the week days I babysit like 2:30-5:00 and on weekends I babysit like 8:00AM to about 9:00PM. thats like 13 hours!!!!! Am I to young?? I babysit an 11 month old. Tommorow I am babysitting 11:00am-9:00pm.

There's this guy I know. Let's say his name is Jim. Well, Jim is being very strange lately. Sometimes he just randomly wraps his arm around my shoulder. One time when he made me mad, he put his arms around me and said he was sorry.

At a lock-in, John, two friends, and me went around the church, chasing each other in the dark. John and I were on the stairs and he grabbed my hand. He held it for a second, then dropped it. The whole night he kept touching me in the middle of the back, and walking around with his hand on my back. When the four of us friends were going to go into the basement, he told me not the be scared, that he'd hold me the whole time.
Later that night he found out that I like him. For a while he stayed away, but I caught him staring at me a lot. Then he went back to acting like he did.
Then when I told him not to touch me, he said that I should get used to it. I don't understand at all! I like this guy, but he's acting so strange! What should I do????

I went to th ehospital for chest pains. Thought I was having heart attack. But they said I had "gas" or indegistion. Put me on Prilosec. Have been on Prilosec for three weeks, but still have chest pains. Should I still be having chest pains?
