i like this guy in my class and i was being playfull and i bumped into him and he grabed my arm softly and he always helps me when i drop something and he helps me put stuff in my back pack. and we always look at each other and i always seem to drop things when ever he is around and i dont know why and he has a g/f so maybe im just reading the signals wrong

While this is a personal situation I would just like to know what people outside of it think. I'm 23 years old - my mother is 48, we live together.
My mother had asked to borrow some money to pay for some business expenses. I came in one morning with 50 in cash to give her. I then realized she was having an asthma attack. My mom usually drinks coffee in the morning and it helps her breathe. She didn't have any. I took the 50 I was going to give her and ran to the store to buy her some coffee to help her breathing problem. I was worried about it the whole time.
I got back with the coffee and my mother asked me for the money. I gave the remaining cash to her (as I had intended to anyway) and she told me I didn't need to run out and get her coffee. I said I had been worried. She called me "silly."
Today she tells me that the situation upset her - that I took the money and ran to get her "stuff". She had just wanted the money.
Should I be upset? I was just concerned.

My relationship with my mother is estranged. I've accepted that it will not change, she is who she is. All efforts have been tried to make/ have a relationship, it is not healthy to keep.
Want to hear from anyone who has had similar life experience and the parent is aging and or has died. How have you dealt with that? What advise would you have for someone like me?

There is this guy that comes into my work all of the time to drop off paperwork. I'm really interested in him and want to ask him if he wants to go out sometime. Even though everyone in my office always tells me that he's interested in me, I don't want to ask him in front of everyone. How do I go about asking him out? so......if you think you like a guy and you think he at least knows you exist....how do you figure out what to talk to him about. Im kind of shy so I'm not really sure how to start. Yesterday, my brother had his friends over and he was acting all macho around them. i understand that he wants to show off in front of them but he was acting like a real jack ***. he was so mean to me and my friend, he told her to shut the hell up. so i yelled at him and then he told mind my own business. why is he being such a jerk? he doesn't act like this when his friends aren't around, he is the sweetest thing, but now he's such an *** around his friends.

Mkay... I am not a very shy person, and Ive never found it hard to make friends... I am in my second year at college, but I have yet to make one new friend, i mean I'll kinda talk to people if I have to, but I basically stick to myself, I go to class and then go home. Im thinking about joining my school newspaper or some type of club but I am afraid I wont have time with school and work ( I work close to full time)... i was really looking forward to making new friends when I started college but its been really hard for some reason. I dont know if it is becuase I live off-campus or what.... Anyway, I just wanted to see if anybody has some advice. Thanks.

I have 2 kids with this guy we have been broke up for almost 1 yr. we still messed around until Nov. Now just the other day he tells me to stop telling people are kids are his, because he doesnt think they are. He is living with someone else and they are supposedly getting married. He asked her to marry him on X-Mas. So he is just basically saying he wants a blood test because my kids are to light skinned and they dont look like him or his other kids. Now mind everyone they are 2 years old and my son just turned 1 years old. The girlfriend even ride past my house and just blows the horn or solws down just to look, all I do is act like I dont see her. I just dont feed into it anymore. But this past Friday someone flatten 2 of my tires on my car.

I have a friend at work who told me that her sister has performed anal sex on her boy friend and he likes it and wants her to do it more ofter, does any one elses guy want this???????? My son starts high school this year, and Im worried about him getting involved with gangs, drugs etc, so I bought a small 10 foot boat and motor, and I know he loves fishing and camping so I will take him into the great outdoors on weekends (or whenever he wants to) and hopefully this will help keep him away from negative elements, what do you think??????
