Hi,
I'm not feeling the greatest and my boyfriend is supposed to stay in his dorm tonight with his friends and drink, but I want him here instead since I'm not feeling well. how can I convince him to stay with me instead?

Tell him just like you said here. Say that it would make you feel a lot better and happier if he stays with you and comforts you.

You could tell him the truth.
Just say, hey babe, I don't feel so hot, would you pleeeeease stay and keep me company? I'm pretty miserable, and I know you were supposed to hang out w/the guys tonight, but it'd really mean a lot if you were with me right now...
And then give him puppy dog eyes =D
If he won't stay, ask him to go get you your favorite movie and a gallon of your favorite ice cream =P

Its hard, I know my friends are big drinkers and have girlfriends who constantly ask them not to and to be twith them. But honestly, how much time are you spending together? has this night been planned long ago? How long hass the relationship been going for? Things to consider if he still goes drinking.
But to answer your question striaght on...just tell him that you aren't feling well and that you would appriciate it if he would be able to spend time with you while you aren't feeling good. Tell him you can make it up to him (not that way!!) and that you and his friends can drink another day.
This is hard to do because its driving a wedge between him you and his friends. I mean if guys don't like your girlfriends and asks you to choose its hard too. Just ask and hopefully things turn out the way you want it to.

Gurl all you need to tell him is that if drinking is more important than then let him go you can get a man better than that. But if he really loves you then tell him.....that if he loves you he will go and take care of you.................he needs to stop be a jerk.......if I was you I would of left his a.s.s a LONG time ago if he is going to pick drinking instead of you then let his a.s.s go and find someone who will love you while you are sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be truthful. tell him that you arent feeling well and would be honored to spend the time with him. plus in college most people are underage to drink until sr yr, tell him he might get in trouble.

you need to be able to let him live his life. tell him I want you to stay with me. But if you choose to spend the time with your friends its ok I still love you.
