don't ya'll understand that you should be friends with a guy before you date him, and if your not, it most likely wont last?

I agree with that. I think you should get to know the person first with no romantic intentions....then you will be able to decide if you would like to move the relationship to another level. If not then you still have a friend

from experience this is true, i have dated two guys that i would not even consider being my friend before and they didnt last long at all and i didnt care if they did or not...i have no clue why i dated them at all in the first place!
