My cousin is very big busted (as in, she has to have her bras specially made for her) so finding her a bridesmaids dress was a problem. She ended up getting a dress with straps from Bill Levkoff. It allows her to wear a bra with straps, which was essential! Here it is, not in that color though. You can definitely get it in red too.

The style is #500 if you can't see it in the link, it's also two piece.

It could be any dress with the right seamstress. You just need to get a larger size and have the rest taken in. If you do go to David's Bridal, find a seastress elsewhere--they charge an arm and a leg for every little detail.

My daughter found a dress in Monsoon with a dropped rolled neckline top for her bridesmaid who is a 36" bust. It was very flattering.

Go to davids bridal.
For a big busted lady, a halter type dress is flatering if she has nice arms.

I think your best bet is one with a corset top which laces up.
My daughter has huge boobs and wore a dress by romantica it kept her in place very well but she was a bit uncomfortable by the end of the day because of the boning.

Don't have strapless, don't have some little thing held up with spaghetti straps - shop around with her, there are lots of options.
