I don't understand. How is it possible that I am paying the state guidelines for my salary every month, my soon to be ex has full custody of the 2 children, I get visitation, and she says part of the settlement includes even more expenses for day care, is this normal or true?

I feel like I am being reemed, I have not spoken to my attorney yet.

She is the one with the house, getting remarried, etc.

I am also planning on proposing to my gf and trying to figure out when the best time would be to do it. I already have the ring. It just so happens my birthday is coming up. Would it be romantic to propose at the end of my birthday after spending the day together and she's given me my birthday gift, etc. and say something like sweetie, you've given me an excellent b-day and I love everything you've given me and done for me, but there's just one more thing I want for my birthday...I want to spend the rest of my life with you...then pop the question.

My husband is in the Army and he met a girl back in september because she was having a panic attack and needed help and he has them so he knew what to do to help her. Now, its not so much her but HIM. He cant stay off of her myspace page...he can't leave her alone no matter how many endless times i tell him it bothers me. He just blows it off. Now recently they were exchanging music online when he asks her for a picture of her and then downloads it to his MP3 player...I got angry and we talked about it and everything was fine until...i find out he told her i got mad about it. Our history before being married isnt that great. We've both cheated on each other. Am i just being paranoid or does he have a thing for her? should I just put my foot down and say NO MORE AT ALL???

I just broke up with my boyfriend about three weeks ago and I need some advice. I find it hard to take serious anything posted in here about relationships when they can't put accurate information on thier profile, post a real picture or just not having to fill out their profile. I know that it is not safe to post everything about yourself but when you facts don't add up or there is no background at all...what are you hiding....? Why should I or anyone else believe that you are being straight with us? Maybe I am being silly or not-what do you all think?

My husband's family is from one state and my family is from another state. He wants to be buried with his family and vice versa. I would like to be buried beside of my husband so how do we come up with a Happy medium? I have been with a guy for over 5 years who has kids from a previous relationship. I have no kids and have never hidden the fact that I would like a kid before I get too old (im mid 30s) and to do the whole settle down and be a family thing. He still refuses to discuss having a kid with me but just says "maybe one day". Also we are engaged and I would dearly love to get married to him (the only guy I have ever wanted to settle down with) but he wont discuss marriage seriously either, again saying "yeah we will one day". I am the 3rd girl he has been engaged to (in 20 years) but he has never married. Even his mum says hes a commit phobe. Honest answers only please no p**s take, do you think he is serious about me even though he says he loves me I need more. He is 41 by the way and I would have thought old enough to start settling down!

Okay my boyfriend is out on the road right now with his dad, hes a truckdriver...and hes been gone for like 2 weeks now. when he was here, we lived together and everyday we would fight and argue about stupid ****. now that hes been gone, he tells me he misses me so much and loves me and hes sorry for everything thats ever happened and he just wants to come home. i just want to know if he really misses me or is just putting on a show? and hes the sweetest person ever now....i wonder if it will stay the same or go back to how it used to be.....? I am a single mom of 4 kids. I make only $8 an hour. I get no support from daddies cuz they suck! How am I suppose to take care of my family. I am getting evicted off of housing because I couldnt afford to pay my entire electric bill. So now I have to find a place for the first time that I have to pay rent. I am at an end! Heres the dilema. A friend gave me a cell-phone to use when mine got turned off. I asked her how much I owe her monthly, and she said don't worry about it, just pay your own outstanding phone bill. Everytime I asked her how much the bill was she would always say she didn't know or some other crap. Well I started giving her money only once a month without seeing any bills because she said she could no longer pay for it by her self. This phone I have was an extra line she was paying for when she got it for her now ex-boyfriend. Well she had the phone cut off. I'm not sure if it was just my line or what? I think she also has an attitude with me as well. I wasn't trying to beat her out of anything, I just wanted her to talk straight to me and not try to hussle me. How should I handle this?

Okay. So I've been dating this guy for about a month or so. He's bought me gifts, taken me out to expensive restaurants, flaunted me to his friends and helped me financially. He's 17 years older than me. I'm 24. Well recently, his calls decreased, his attitude towards me changed, and he invites me to a party him and his friends were having. Well the entire night, he was flirting, groping, hugged up with another woman and women. It was like a war of who could make who the most jealous. Of course I wanted to jack-slap the taste out his mouth. But I decided to fight fire with fire. So I flirted and danced hard with men there, gave my number out to a few guys and TOTALLY ignored him for the entire evening. ANd I left unannounced. Well needless to say, we haven't spoken since. And I texted him, telling him How much of a jerk he was to even invite me in the first place. He hasn't responded. I'm just FRUSTRATED as to why would he disrespect me so greatly and MEN!!!! I previously posted a questions about a guy I've been barely flirting with at work (even though I have a boyfriend). The flirting has been very innocent and I have never had intentions to cross the line with him. The other day, he called me out in front of another male coworker and jokingly asked, "What does your boyfriend think about you flirting with me?" While I REALLY like this guy, I only want to be his friend as I do have a boyfriend. Maybe my flirting made him uncomfortable? Should I pull him aside and let him know that I have no intentions of doing anything romantic/sexual with him or should I just leave the situation alone? I also feel a need to clarify things so that rumors don't get started around work. I'm just not sure if saying something to him would be making a bigger deal out of it. Also, why would he ask me that about my boyfriend? Please don't give me crap for flirting. I know the dangers. Just please help answer my questions.
