Some people play with their hair when they're uncomfortable in a situation, or it becomes one of those things you do when you don't really know what to do with your hands. Apparently people who've just quit smoking do murder to their hair by messing with it!! Not a very exciting answer, but there you go.

She may well have liked you and you should've made a move. Too late now, but it sounds like you've missed out there.

p.s. I can highly recommend dating the boss. I didn't have to fill in a timesheet or expense form for months - they she got her secretary to do it for me. Woo

It's a common misconception. Try to see if she plays with her hair when she's around other people. Behaviour changes from person to person. So called behaviour experts try to make you believe that x behaviour = y but it's bull. Look for changes in her actions rather than categorising.

No she is not looking at you but through you she is remembering her night of passion with the guy sitting behind you. Sorry!

Depends on what they are doing. If they are twirling it on one finger, mayb.
