Some guys just dont know how to comfront a girl. It is the same with girls too....you can't tell me that you have never felt nervous asking out someone. If you feel that some one likes you but cant really tell you and you like him/her, try to show that person that you are interested in them. Not by asking them out yourself, but just showing interest like maybe start talking on the phone or on the internet. Who knows, you might or might be right for each other.....but getting to know eachother will help you find out. =)

Because some guys are like that.Sometimes there nervous on what your going to say back.The most thing you do not want to tell him is "I'll think about it." because they will definitly go ahead and think that your going to come back and say no.All you can do is say,if they like you or not,is that you cool with going out with them or your not.and Thats That.

They're scared. They don't like rejection and rather not tell you that they like you if they're not sure if you like them back.
