ok i was talking to my ex...weve been broken up since oct. but he told me that the real reason that he broke up w/ me was that one of his friends asked this girl out for him and he decided to go out w/ her, but he told me that he needed to focus on school so that it wouldnt hurt my feelings. then he later asked me out again. i asked him a few questions and thought that i would give him another chance (bc i still really like him) but my bff dustin says that i shouldnt have said yes and that hes just gonna ditch me again and lie. dusin keeps trying to convince me to break up w/ him. i love nate and he seems really commited and so far i dont think hes lied. but he broke up w/ the other girl the day after he asked me out. dustin does sorta like me but most of all he cares about me. he seems mad that i talk to my bf but he keeps tellin me to do whatever i want. i really love nate but he did lie and i do really care about dustin. what should i do?

I been with my bf for a year, I love him so much and he also said that he love me and want to be with me for the rest of his life. We don’t do much we both work at the same store, I go to school, and when we get together we just stay home and ****, that is it, I want more out off it because it is going to get old after a while, i am east going I don’t care about partying to much I am not big on hinging out with a lot of people, what ever he said I will do what ever he ask me, I love him so much but I don’t want it to get old I am to soft if he mad me mad I just get mad at him for 5 min and I forget I want him to treat me right to care about me to show me that he love’s me, but I don’t know how or what to do, can some one explain this to me thanx

Goal: To get my older brother and wife out of my house

Scoop: Own home with my twin brother, went to LA for a year, twin brother called a week after he allowed older brother and his wife to move in. Came back, twin moved out of town to renovate this house. Older brother has violent tendancies and can be very intimidating and violent when angered. They don't pay a single bill, wife stays home smoking and watching TV all day and is a complete pack rat. They bought a house down the street but it's in renovation mode and they have said they don't know when it will be ready. Older brother's wife also said she can't make it down the driveway because the state of it makes her fybramialgia (sp) flare up and its painful.

The Rub: I really believe if I approach an eviction or a drop dead move out date that it will create a rift in the family and more importantly, older brother will become violent. I think he could indeed kill. Yuck. Any thoughts about how to get them out. Thanks

Okay so here's the deal. I'm 13 and I have this friend who I have known since like ever, but he's a guy and I'm pretty sure he's gay. I still love him like one of my bestfriends, He'san amazing artist and I'm not being sterotypical when I say this but he's amzing with fashion at only 14. But I'm not the only one who thinks he's gay. He get's a lot of trouble from behind his back that he dones't know of. I always stand up for him and everything. REcently at our school dance he was standing there all alone so I asked him to dance as friends and he said yes. But then some boys came up to us and started calling him names, yes those kinds of names and he's been real deppressed since what should I do, I told my teacher but it he's till unhappy ecen thouhg the boys got in trouble. I know there r a lot of questions on here, & i'm thankful 4 those of u who've opened this 1. Here's my dilema: I've grown closer over the past year, 2 one of my really good guy friends. I've known him 4 about 6 years now. It wasn't until the we were hanging out one night @ the beach, early last year that I started seeing him as possibly more than a friend. Since then it seems like we hang out a lot more. He's really a nice guy. Which as you girls know, can b confusing. I want to ask him out, but i'm afraid that he will say that he doesn't see me like that, & that our friendship won't ever b the same, & that he may not even feel comfortable being around me after that. I don't know what 2 do. I'm not sure if i'm willing 2 risk our great friendship, 2 begin a relationship that might never go anywhere. But, on the other hand, I REALLY like him. He knows how 2 make me laugh, & we share a lot in common. We live right down the street from each other, so we always hang out @ each others house.

His daughter is 11 and been given every thing in the world We disagree about the material possesions and attention that he gives to her and doesn't give to me. It isn't a jealousy thing when it comes right down to it, it is the being ignored that bothers me. ok well the big problem is that i dont have boy problems.
i have no idea who im gonna go to prom with!!
everyone has already started asking..
but like, who would i go with?
all the guys at school are jerks (believe me, all the things i hear...everyone is really bad)
and i dont think anyone will ask me (they havnt asked me to the last dances, so what will make them ask me now?)
also, i dont work, so its not like i can ask someone from work.
and i dont talk to a lot of guys....
what should i do?
im scared i will be the only one out of my friends without a date (i am going to prom, date or no date).
its just, im tired of going to dances alone and watching other couples...and its prom...everyone will have a date and it will just be awkward.

I am a light smoker, who will quit, but have failed to do so yet though I have tried. I have a 3 year old and do not allow smoking around her. I smoke on my back porch, sit in nonsmoking sections, etc. Though, for a short time, I lived in a 2nd story apartment and did when she was asleep, but leaned to the window with a fan and very seldom. My parents smoke 3-4 packs each a day. They live 2 states away and the nearest motel to my house is 15 miles. They came to visit. It was cold and raining. They refused to go outside, smoked in the basement, in the spare bedroom, or sat next to the door opened, but not blowing smoke out. I argued with them and told them not to, but they said then they would leave and not come back. I ignored it (it was Christmas) and told them how I felt. Now, they say that I have banned them because I won't allow them to smoke in my house. What do you think? Please identify if you are a smoker or not.

The concern is to get suggestions or sites to share elder care questions and experiences. Have you got any tips , experiences to share? Mom's a real hoot some days. But she is so fragile I feel like I'm in charge of a collection of rare fine china. If she breaks, I think I'll fall apart myself.

ok me and this kid r going to a dance as friends, we hung out a time or two, and now i only talk to him on IM...but the conversations stink. its the classic 'hey hey whats up n2m u n2m' hole...and i hardly ever climb out of it. the problem is, i almost always message him first, its like he doesn't care if he talks to me, and if i say something like 'brb' he says nothing, not even 'k'. at first i thought he might have liked me, and i really want him to, how do i start good conversations that will help us...er...bond a bit?

Ok, I'm sure almost everyone has experienced this type of situation at least once in their lifetime. I've fallen for a good friend of mine whom I knew for 5 years. We started out as coworkers but she recently got promoted to supervisory position in our company and she's now my supervisor, but we/re in different department. We've always been very close like peas and carrots. We get along great and when we go out, we had lots of fun. In my geography class there is a girl who sits beside me, and she never stops talking! She tells me everything ... EVERYTHING, about her relationship problems, her parents, her friends ... it's so weird because I don't even know her that well. She just tells me everything. She can go over 10 minutes without stopping. And the worst part, is that at the end she will ask me a question like what I think about it or what she should do. She is one of those girls who talks like, omg, like like like, you know like, so like yeah, like and you know what I like mean right? Because like, ya know like talking this and like yeah, like ya know?

I find it ard to concentrate on my work with her talking, and I dont' want to tell her to stop because I would seem like a jerk, and telling a girl to stop talking when she's talking, is NOT Allowed lol.

What do I do?
