She can also get a hit man from inside jail. Talk to the authorities and ask their advice.

I would have to say that it depends on the length of the jail sentence. Either she hasn't had too much time in there and she's had time to think about how she can get away with it next time...or she's had too much time and decided it's not worth it. I'd go for making his life a miserable hell in other ways...hehe. (Not that I'm the vicious type, but she might be).

If she tried to have him killed she might just suceed with it.Going to jail somtimes just makes the situation worse.You better watch her and let her X know to watch his back royally.
