Well, my boyfriend is applying for a job at a college. It's a really good job. He's definately qualified for the job. He took computer engineering in college and he has great work experience.

He showed me his resume and it could use a little improvement. Some of the wording could be changed. I'm afraid they will look passed his experience and qualifications and concentrate strictly on what I saw.

It makes me want to cry because I noticed those things. I don't want to tell him either because I don't want to hurt his feelings. I know he really wants this job. In fact, this job will be good for both of us. He said it will bring him closer to being able to marry me.

If he'd said, "See anything that needs rewording?" or something to that effect, I would have said something, but he just showed it to me to show it, I think. I don't want to hurt his feelings. What should I do?

my girlfriends been through alot. shes a cutter and has been to mental rehabs and psychiatric sessions. she drinks and gets wasted and also uses drugs like coc and pot. i dont know if i should interfere with whats going on cuz once i did and she got mad. i want her to stop cutting but she says that it makes her feel better. im just really confused right now on what i should do. one more thing, were in middle school. and please, if your going to say tell an adult or tell a therapist, i already did.

Ok ever since my sister broke up with her BF ( 3 months ago ) and even before that she has always been mean to me. like really mean. and when she makes fun of me, like saying i am fat even though i am not and she thinks i am alwasy on my computer but she is on more that i am. but also she likes screams at me for no reason. like i got home from school and i went in the garage and she called and i could hear the phone and she got all pissed and then i heard her and she yelled @ me and then i called her but she could her the phone but she didnt asnwer so i got picked up 30 min late wat should i do

I would like to search the world looking for good fathers. Where are they? I certainly don't have one. Do you?

I would start in my own town, with people I know. "Did you read to your child? Did you kiss their boo boo's? Can you tell me some of their interests, loves, or fears? What makes your child tick?" If I can find ONE father who can successfully answer my questions, and is what I would consider a "good Dad," I would go home happy.

What about all these country singers? They obviously think they're good dads. We'll ask them! "Hey Tim McGraw, do you honestly read fairy tales to your children? When was the last time you checked their room for the boogey man? Who is their best friend?"

Now maybe I'm being a pessimist, but I seriously doubt my hypothetical search would end well. I'm almost certain I would come home exhausted and disgusted. What has happened to our fathers?

there was this guy &7 years ago when I was alot younger we had sex & never spoke again. I caught up with an old friend & he now wants to date me.So we started dating,we went out on our 1st date this past sat well he invites me to this bday party well when I walk in the door theres the guy from 7yrs ago.I spoke to h/ & the guy I am dating asked me how I knew his friend,I was extremely truthful & told him that we had sex 1x.the guy Im dating & I got over it & we were stuck 2gether like glue the WHOLE night.We really like each other.(By the way we all had no idea we knew each other.I go 2 the bath room & the guy from 7yrs ago walks up to him and says "she's got some good pu**y" so it pisses him off he still ignored it & cont to kick it w/ me.the guy from 7 yrs saw us all hugged up and kissing exc. I just found out that my soon to be husband has been cheating on me with my sister...they do not know that i know this but i came home from work the one day and my sisters car was at my house that me and my fiance live in and i thought she must have just gotten there to see me as i got off work....well i walked into the house kinda quietly and i heard moaning coming from our guest bedroom so i tipped toed back and they were in bed having sex together..i wanted to bust them but i just walked away and left the house and drove off for an hour and came back and when i did she wasn't there and i just pretended nothing ever happened....becasue i love my fiance he is amazing and i know he cheated but we have been together forever and its like 2 weeks till the wedding and all that planning and everything....i just don't know what to do...?

Ok I've been dating this guy for a lil over 5 months, we're in love and get along and stuff. But I can't shake the feeling he messed w/ this girl that he kissed a year ago. We broke up for a night and was at a party, and I know that they danced together. But I don't know if anything else happened, and of course he says it didn't. And I find out he was texting her, but deleted the texts. And deleted a call that he made too, but his excuse was he saw a number he didn't recognize in his calls and accidently called it, then deleted it. I don't know what to do.. I was happy with him, it just seemed like things started going downhill. Am I just paranoid or should I get back with him...cuz I dumped him, but he still wants to stay together

the thing is there's this guy at uni who started looking at me and sometimes even staring at me... at first i thought maybe i have something on my face...time passed and eye contacts between him and i started... and although it's so embarassing to tell, i actually like him even though i don't know him... we haven't talked a real conversation... everytime i see him, i feel he wants to talk to me but he doesnt do anything - all he does is look and stare... sometimes i think maybe i should walk up to him and talk to him first BUT i don't wanna do that cause i dont wanna look desperate... i want the guy to make the first move... from what i've seen, he's very shy - i havent seen him talk with any girls at all...

I met a guy this June while I was interning in another city and we decided to stay in contact when I returned. Before returning, I initially only spent about a week with him. Our relationship grew when we talked on the phone in the following months and I eventually visited him again for a week and visited his family. He has told me he loves me and wants to be with me and was interested in me possibly moving to his area one day. But recently, the following things have happened:

-he didn't call me for a month or return my calls
-when he finally called he said he missed me, loves me, wants to be with me, and acted like nothing happened
-when I confronted him about it he got defensive and said he called me but I didn't answer
-he said we can't have a relationship because we live far away, but we would talk about it if we moved closer to each other

I know we haven't been together in person a lot, but I don't wanna be played either. I really like him though...what should I do?

in class i'll look at him and he'll be looking at me...
about 3 months ago i told him i really liked him and asked him out
he totally said yes but he thought i meant as buddies
a day later we smiled at each other ALOT
when i found out he thought i meant as friends it was over vacation...
now in class im constantly looking at him and hes looking back...
i really want to smile but... i dont THINK i like him... do i?

I found a picture of the perfect one online once but I didn't save it and now I can't find it again. It was ball gown cut and strapless. The skirt was gathered and had small snowflake details/embellishments on it. I have completely forgotten the designers name. And now of course this is the dress I MUST have for my wedding. Several members of my family (they have money) forgot about buying for my infant on X-mas. They did remember me my husband and my two older children however. I am not angry at them They didn't have to buy anything for anybody but, It has hurt my feelings that my baby was basically ignored on x-mas. My older kids recieved about 50 gifts or so from family and my baby got about 5. Not that it hurt her feelings but my husband and I were shocked. Should we do somthing to prevent somethinglike this in the future? Also we saw alot of gifts from family members to my older children who are not related to my infant. Does that make a difference. Keep in mind my older children do not see there father (he is an inmate) and they do not know him. His family is close to me and they bought gifts for me and my current husband . I am not sure really how I should react. So far we have not said or done anything. Any ideas?
