Ok I think I might like my best friend. How in the world do i ask him out (if I decde to) or how do I drop hints that I want him to ask me out? I dont really want to ak him out because every tim its ended badly. Remember I am a modest girl and 13 so..... ya. Anyway, thanks 4 all your help! :D

Despite what pop culture teaches you, there's nothing wrong with asking the guy out. In fact, you'd have a better chance of something working out if you did, rather than wait too long while he builds a crush on someone else.
But remember, you are only 13. Don't let dating consume you yet. Trust me. It will come into your life quickly, much faster than you probably realize. So there's no need to be in any rush. Enjoy the teenage years while they last!

If hes anything like me, he might be realli shy to ask u out. have u asked him out before? u sed it ended badly, is that the same guy? If you wanna drop hints, i guess just talk to him everyday, i remember dis girl who had a crush on me IMs me everyday. or, tell ur friends, and the information will eventually reach him lol.

well with best friends its always hard cuz if you ask him out and he says no then youll never have the same kind of friendship so alots at risk. as for askin him out i say you dont, just drop hints. for that look at the other answers ppl gave cuz i got nuthin

you could straight out ask him do you think im pretty? then if he says yes hold his hand and see what goes from there. If you don't want to say anything you have to give him a fairly good sign (body language or something) boys can be terrible at picking up on a girl liking them

Just ask him over a hot beverage if he wants to go see a new movie; you heard it's really good. Or let it come up in conversation on its own.

Make an excuse that he have to go out with you. Such as school project, doing homework together,dining out cuz his mom not cooking. etc.

get him to ask you out, cause it will challenge his manhood if you ask him out. Not to sure how to drop hints with out asking him out.

juz ask him like ...'umm what are doing on ____day?'
if he said 'not sure' or he havent got a plan yet, then go on
ask him like, wanna hang out? or somthin etc...
