the thing is there's this guy at uni who started looking at me and sometimes even staring at me... at first i thought maybe i have something on my face...time passed and eye contacts between him and i started... and although it's so embarassing to tell, i actually like him even though i don't know him... we haven't talked a real conversation... everytime i see him, i feel he wants to talk to me but he doesnt do anything - all he does is look and stare... sometimes i think maybe i should walk up to him and talk to him first BUT i don't wanna do that cause i dont wanna look desperate... i want the guy to make the first move... from what i've seen, he's very shy - i havent seen him talk with any girls at all...
i dunno if he's into me or he's just making me his eye candy.. but the longer we have eye contacts, the more i'm liking him (for some reason)... i thought to myself sometimes if he IS into me,then he WILL talk to me no matter how shy he is...i'm so confused...help pls

If he's shy and you really like him I would say make your move. Who know's what could happen. However just to be safe if you guys ever go on a date I would make it a group/double date with another couple since you don't know him that well.
