I found a picture of the perfect one online once but I didn't save it and now I can't find it again. It was ball gown cut and strapless. The skirt was gathered and had small snowflake details/embellishments on it. I have completely forgotten the designers name. And now of course this is the dress I MUST have for my wedding. Any help would be great. Thanks!

have you considered having it specially made for you by a seamstress? thats usually very reasonable to afford as well, depending on your fabrics and you can have it exactly as you'd like it.

i would adore a winter themed wedding as well, with a velvet dress.
