well ask her out. just remember that evry time u dont ask a person out it feels like a another rejection. good luck

I was in the same situation the other day. I asked him and now we arent talking...yet. But you dont want to look back and say what if. take a chance and if she says no, life goes on.

What are you questioning? You're sure she likes you, if you like her, ask her out. Doesn't matter how often you talked last year, go for it.
