I am 27 years old and my boyfriend is 36 (today is actually his bday :) ) anyway, He is ready for children, but not ready for marriage. He feels he needs to wait longer before marrying me...which i agree. We've been dating for 4 months now. My concern is his thinking...why would he want a child first (feels ready for a child now) then marriage??? strange to me. I believe having a child is a much larger commitment, esp since with marriage you can have a divorce and you're out of the person's life. With a child you are stuck with dealing with that person til' death do you part, really. He has been divorced for over 5 yrs but still has fears of marriage due to the failed previous marriage; he became miserable with his ex-wife. maybe he needs more time to sort out those issues b/4 being with someone else and carrying this baggage from his previous marriage. Is he ready for another committed relationship?? if i stay how do I deal?? am i jumpin tha gun?? mature responses pls

my crzy dad i don't wanna be controlled by him 4ever (he still controls my mom even though they're SEPERATED and has since marrige but does w/e the hell he wants and no one questions him) it's gonne be even worse when we go back and it's just not control issues he's been emotionally abusiev to me my whole life and i hate hate him can't stand him i feel depressed when he's around me and he;s ruined my personality and childhood) he says he's gotten a cpunselor but knwoing him he'll never fully change (like i said he's still a control freak and when he doesn't get his way he can get damn scary and emotionally abusive again like be4) but every1 obeys him and no one seriosuly rebels so he doesn't get lyk tht oh and he's mr. nice guy infront of every1 else and tries to make me look bad especially in front of my grandparents and it works too i got scared and started cry twice when my mom said this if u want more info on my dad look at my last and other questions appreaicate any good help thnx

I just recently moved in with my boyfriend. He has a good paying job and told me that "he didn't mind paying all the bills" and I can stay home. Now he's throwing that in my face. He's because extremely verbally abusive to me calling me a B.... as well as flipping me off all in front of my 8 month old son (whom he raises and calls his). I'm very miserable with him and he's given me a low self esteem by doing this. I can't move out because I've signed a year lease (but if it turns into physical abuse I'm gone) with him. I don't want my son to be raised with me being miserable and with "daddy always making mommy upset". I'm just looking for ways to make this situation better. I'm afraid to ask him to go to anger management. He'll reverse the situation on me and tell me that I'm the one that needs it. He does that in every conversation that we have. I just need help and my friends aren't giving me the answers that I'm needing.

my husband says i talk to much. when he talks to others he laughs is happy and always enjoys the conversation but with me he rarley responds and seems agervated i asked him if he is bored with me he says no that i just talk to much. see i'm interested in this girl and i asked one of her friends if she was seeing anyone. Her friend said that she was seeing a junior she thought, but i don't think that she was seeing that junior. I tried asking some of her other friends if they knew if she was dating anyone but none of them answered. don't know what that means. I have no class with except a free period , in which i never see her in. I have these 3 girls who I've been bestfriends with since we were 8, and this year we are all turning 16. I wanna get them all really great gifts but Im not sure as to what? Im thinking along the lines of jewelry, but I don't want to give them somthing ANYONE could get them, and I wanna get them something they will wear, like I dont think theyll wear a necklace that says "sweet 16 " on it ever right?

I am15 and i have been to sleepovers at friends houses, both the kind where you do and the kind where yu do not sleep, but only at other guy friends' houses. I will be sleeping over at a girl friend's house next weekend and there will probably just be 2 other girl there, we are all best friends. My questions are really about what is appropriate and what I should do since it's mainly a girls sleepover. I'm asuming that it'l just be watching movies and stuff, but what about sleeping (if we do), It would be inapropriate to sleep topless (as I usually do) wouldnt it? Should I just sleep in the cloths I wear that day? And what about sleeping in the same bed as a girl friend? There are only 2 beds, but 4 people. Sould I slee on the floor?

I went clubbing last night and this guy seemed interested in me. I noticed him checking me out, then he came up behind me and starting dancing with me. We were grinding, then my friend wanted to go to the bathroom, so I went with her. But as I was going with her, he was kinda following me and asked me what my name was. Then he stoped following me. My friend and I came back from the bathroom and went to dance in another section of the club. 15 minutes later some guy came up behind me and starting dancing with me. I looked behind me and it was the same guy. I think he was probably looking for me after I went to the bathroom, do you think he was? So after we danced for a bit, I told him that I had to leave soon & he asked for my number, I gave it to him, then he left. That was last night, (Friday) and now it's Saturday night and he hasn't called yet. Do you think he will call and if so when?
