dont know what to do?

see i'm interested in this girl and i asked one of her friends if she was seeing anyone. Her friend said that she was seeing a junior she thought, but i don't think that she was seeing that junior. I tried asking some of her other friends if they knew if she was dating anyone but none of them answered. don't know what that means. I have no class with except a free period , in which i never see her in. I see her sometimes during the morning before 1st period starts but i don't want to go up to her and say hey b/c i don't think she really knows me and i think that would be arkward. so yeah i dont know what to do now

Start by saying, "Hello, I'm (your name)." That's it. Say it with confidence and a smile... Give her a little nod and then walk away. Let her wonder. Follow up a few days later with another smile and nod.... She'll let you know whether or not she's interested. If she acts interested, then you can just ask her if she's seeing anyone.
